Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของสี ความยาวของแบบสอบถามและวิธีการติดตาม ที่มีต่ออัตราการตอบแบบสอบถามที่ส่งทางไปรษณีย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นครูและอาจารย์ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสายสามัญ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และเขตการศึกษา 1 จำนวน 1,200 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยจัดทำขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และทดสอบความแตกต่างของสัดส่วนเป็นรายคู่ด้วย Z- test ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. อัตราการตอบของแบบสอบถามสีเขียว และสีฟ้า สูงกว่าอัตราการตอบของแบบสอบถามสีขาวอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 2.อัตราการตอบของแบบสอบถามที่มีความยาว 4 หน้า สูงกว่าอัตราการตอบของแบบสอบถามที่มีความยาว 12 หน้า อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิต 3. การติดตามแบบสอบถามโดยการใช้การ์ด มีอัตราการตอบสูงกว่าการติดตามโดยการใช้จดหมายแบบเป็นทางการ และจดหมายแบบไม่เป็นทางการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 4. ไม่มีปฏิกิริยาร่วมระหว่างสีกับความยาว สีกับวิธีการติดตาม และความยาวกับวิธีการติดตาม และไม่มีปฎิกริยาร่วมระหว่างตัวแปรทั้ง 3 (สี x ความยาว x วิธีการติดตาม)

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to determine the effects of color, length and follow – up methods on response rate of mailed questionnaires. A Sample consisted of 1,200 teachers from Public Secondary Schools in Bangkok Metropolis and Educational Region. 1. Questionnaires were designed to collect the data which were analyzed by the Analysis of Variance and the Z – test. Major findings were as follow : 1. The response rates of the green and blue questionnaires were higher than that of the white ones. 2. The response rate of the 4 – page questionnaires was higher than that of the 12 – page questionnaires 3. The response rate of cards follow – up method was higher than that of both formal and informal letters as the follow – up methods. 4. There were no interactions between color and length, color and follow – up method, and, length and follow – up method. There was no interaction among the 3 variables (color x length x follow – up method).
