Abstract
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. พัฒนาโปรแกรมลดจริยธรรมหลุดตามแนวคิดลักษณะมุ่งอนาคตควบคุมตน และการเรียนรู้แบบฉากทัศน์เป็นฐานสำหรับนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย 2. ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรม วิธีการดำเนินงานวิจัยมี 4 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพและปัญหา โดยการศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาโปรแกรม โดยการสังเคราะห์เอกสารและงานวิจัยเพื่อนำมาพัฒนาโปรแกรม การหาคุณภาพของโปรแกรม และการทดลองนำร่อง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากเอกสารและงานวิจัย การตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างของโปรแกรม และปรับปรุงตามข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และการวิเคราะห์ผลการทดลองนำร่องโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ระยะที่ 3 การหาประสิทธิผลโดยการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมโดยรูปแบบการทดลองแบบหนึ่งกลุ่มทดลอง ทดสอบก่อน ระหว่าง และหลังเรียนด้วยโปรแกรมจำนวน 5 ครั้ง กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงจำนวน 37 คนเข้าสู่กลุ่มทดลอง โดยมีเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ 1. แบบทดสอบจริยธรรมหลุดแบบคู่ขนานที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น 2. แบบสัมภาษณ์ 3. แบบบันทึกการเรียนรู้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้คะแนนจากแบบทดสอบจริยธรรมหลุดโดยใช้สถิติแบบบรรยาย และสถิติวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณจากแบบทดสอบจริยธรรมหลุด การสัมภาษณ์ และการบันทึกการเรียนรู้โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ระยะที่ 4 การปรับปรุงและพัฒนาโปรแกรม ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1. โปรแกรมมีหลักการ 6 ข้อ ได้แก่ 1) การนำผู้เรียนเผชิญสถานการณ์ที่มีความขัดแย้ง 2) การให้ผู้เรียนวางแผนอนาคตตามสถานการณ์ 3) การช่วยเหลือผู้เรียนในการสร้างทางเลือกเพื่อตัดสินใจ 4) การสนับสนุนให้ผู้เรียนกำกับติดตามตนเอง 5) การอภิปรายผลการเรียนรู้ 6) การสรุปผลการเลือก โปรแกรมมีขั้นตอนการจัดการเรียนรู้ในแต่ละฉากทัศน์ 6 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ขั้นเผชิญสถานการณ์และปัญหา 2) ขั้นรับรู้ตนเอง 3) ขั้นวางแผนมุ่งอนาคตและสร้างทางเลือก 4) ขั้นดำเนินการตามแผนการมุ่งอนาคต 5) ขั้นอภิปรายถึงสาเหตุและผลของการตัดสินใจ 6) ขั้นสร้างกรอบทางจริยธรรม โปรแกรมประกอบไปด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้จำนวน 4 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ หน่วยการเรียนรู้ละ 3 ฉากทัศน์รวมจำนวน 12 ฉาก ระยะเวลาจัดกิจกรรมฉากทัศน์ละ 100 นาที รวมระยะเวลาของโปรแกรมทั้งหมด 12 สัปดาห์ 2. ผลการศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมปรากฎว่า 2.1) ผู้เรียนที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมมีจริยธรรมหลุดระหว่าง และหลังการเรียนรู้ด้วยโปรแกรมน้อยกว่าก่อนการเรียนรู้ด้วยโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 2.2) ก่อนการเรียนรู้ด้วยโปรแกรมผู้เรียนมีจริยธรรมหลุดด้านการให้เหตุผลทางจริยธรรมหรือการตัดสินทางจริยธรรมที่ผิดจริยธรรมสูง แต่ระหว่างและหลังการเรียนรู้ด้วยโปรแกรมผู้เรียนมีการให้เหตุผลที่บิดเบือนลดลง เนื่องจากมีการปรึกษาหารือเพื่อหาทางออกที่เหมาะสมกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่ายที่สูงขึ้น

This study aimed to 1. research and develop a program for decreasing moral disengagement based on future oriented with self-control and scenario-based learning approaches for upper secondary school 2. study results of the program experiment. Research methodologies were consisted of 4 phases. Firstly, a study research background from documentary research. Secondly, a development of the program using literature review, testing the quality and research tryout. Thirdly, the program experiment of 14 weeks using one group 5 tests of pre –test, between – tests and post- test designed, purposive selection of 37 sampling. Research tools to observe results were used, moral disengagement tests which researchers developed as parallel tests, interview questions, and learning logs. Research data analyses were used quantitative data applying descriptive and One-way ANOVA statistic, and qualitative data using content analysis for test result, interviews and leaning log answers. Fourthly, a development form the experiment results. Findings were shown the development of program as following. 1. Principles of the programs are 1) Facing situations 2) Making future-plans 3) Helping students to make a choice from plans 4) Students self-check support 5) Discussion 6) summarization. In addition, the program consists of 6 stages as follow 1) Facing situation 2) Self-knowing 3) Planning for the future and making choices 4) Applying the plan for the future 5) Discussing of the situation 6) Constructing moral framework. The Program is consisted of 4 units which they are 3 scenarios for each unit, 12 scenarios for total 12 weeks, and each scenario spends 100 minutes. 2. The experiments results are followed. 2.1) Students who participated the program have decreased moral disengagement from between and after the experiment than before joining at statistical significance different at .05 level. 2.2) Before experiment, the students shown moral disengagement, a moral justification type the most but during and post experiment the moral justification type was decreased because students changed their morals disengagement to increase consulting with all stakeholders to find the possible best results for everyone instead.
