Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการศึกษา 1) ลักษณะการสื่อสารของพนักงานของเกี่ยวกับแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจของการท่าอากาศยานแห่งประเทศไทย 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับผลกระทบจากการแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจของการท่าอากาศยานแห่งประเทศไทยตามลักษณะทางประชากร 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจที่มีต่อการแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจ ความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน ลักษณะการสื่อสารของพนักงาน กับความคิดเห็นของพนักงานท่าอากาศยานกรุงเทพเกี่ยวกับผลกระทบจากการแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจของการท่าอากาศยานแห่งประเทศไทย 4) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความคิดเห็นของพนักงานท่าอากาศยานกรุงเทพต่อการแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจของการท่าอากาศยานแห่งประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพนักงานท่าอากาศยานแห่งประเทศไทย จำนวน 280 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามปลายเปิดและปลายเปิด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย t-test, One-Way ANOVA และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แบบเพียร์สัน ซึ่งประมวลผลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS/PC ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. พนักงานการท่าอากาศยานแห่งประเทศไทยที่มี เพศ, ระดับต่ำแหน่ง, และหน่วยงานที่สังกัดต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับผลกระทบของการแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจต่างกัน 2. พนักงานการท่าอากาศยานแห่งประเทศไทยที่มี อายุ, สถานภาพสมรส, ระดับการศึกษา, ระยะเวลาการทำงาน, และเงินเดือนต่างกัน มีทัศนคติและการยอมรับในการแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจไม่ต่างกัน 3. ความรู้ความเข้าใจที่มีต่อการแปรรูป มีความสัมพันธ์กับความคิดเห็นของพนักงานท่าอากาศยานกรุงเทพ ต่อการแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจของการท่าอากาศยานแห่งประเทศไทย 4. ความพึงพอใจในการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับความคิดเห็นของพนักงานท่าอากาศยานฯ ต่อการแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจของการท่าอากาศยานแห่งประเทศไทย 5. ลักษณะการสื่อสารของพนักงานท่าอากาศยานกรุงเทพมีความสัมพันธ์กับความคิดเห็นของพนักงานท่าอากาศยานฯ ต่อการแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจของการท่าอากาศยานแห่งประเทศไทย

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this survey are to study 1.) communication about privatization of the Airport Authority of Thailand 2) the comparison of employees' opinion on impact of privatization of the Airport Authority of Thailand classified by demographic characteristics. 3) the relationship between people characteristic, knowledge and understanding of privatization, work gratification, communication with employees and the employees' opinion on impact of the privatization. 4) the influential factors on empolyees' opinion concerning privatization. A total of employees for this survey research are 280 employees at all levels. The questionnaires were used to gather data. The percentage, t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient were used in the processing of data and SPSS/PC program was used to analyze the data. The results of this research were as follows: 1. Employees with different gender, position classification, and department of affiliation were different in views of the impact ofprivatization of the Airport Authority of Thailand. 2. Employees with different age, marital status, education, work experience and salary were not significantly different in attitude and acceptance on the privatization of the Airport Authority of Thailand. 3. Knowledge and understanding about privatization of the Airport Authority of Thailand significantly correlated with the employees' opinion on the impact of the privatization. 4. Work satisfaction significantly correlated with employees' views on the impact of privatization. 5. Communication significantly related with employees' view on privatization of the Airport Authority of Thailand.
