Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรผู้ผลิตละครโทรทัศน์ที่มีผลมาจากปัจจัยต่างๆ คือ ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการในการผลิต ผลงานละครโทรทัศน์ของบริษัท และการวิพากษ์วิจารณ์ของสื่อมวลชน และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะทางประชากรกับความพึงพอใจในด้านต่างๆเหล่านี้ รวมทั้งศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการบริหารองค์กร กับระดับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรผู้ผลิตละครโทรทัศน์ ของ บริษัท กันตนา วีดิโอ โปรดักชันส์ จำกัด และ บริษัท เอ็กแซ็กท์ จำกัด โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นพนักงาน กันตนา จำนวน 60 คน และเป็นพนักงานของ เอ็กแซ็กท์ จำกัด จำนวน 50 คน โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม และการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ ไคสแควร์ และ t-test ประมวลผลโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS ผลการวิจัยมีดังต่อไปนี้ 1. ปัจจัยทางด้านประชากร ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรผู้ผลิตละครโทรทัศน์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 2. ระดับความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรผู้ผลิต ทั้งบริษัท กันตนา วีดิโอ โปรดักชันส์ จำกัด และบริษัท เอ็กแซ็กท์ จำกัด ที่มีผลมาจาก ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการในการผลิต ผลงานละครโทรทัศน์ และการวิพากษ์วิจารณ์ของสื่อมวลชน อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทั้งสิ้น 3. การบริหารองค์กรที่แตกต่างกันนั้น ไม่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรผู้ผลิตละครโทรทัศน์ของทั้งสององค์กร
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purpose of this research is firstly, to study the level of job satisfaction from four factors which are input factor, process factor, output factor and feedback. And secondly to study the relationship between demographic factors and job satisfaction of television drama production staff in Kantana Video Productions Co.,Ltd. And Exact Co.,Ltd. And last but not least, to study the comparison of organization management between two comapanies. The samples data of this research collected by questionnaires and depth interview came from 60 Kantana staffs and 50 Exact staffs. Percentage, Chi-square and t-test were used to analyze data through SPSS program. The results of this research are as follows : 1. A significant negative relationship between demographic factors and the level of job satisfaction of television drama production staff 2. The level of job satisfaction of television drama production staff of these two companies which are effected by four factors is in a moderate level. 3. The difference of organization management does not effect to job satisfaction of television drama production staff of these two compaies.
