Abstract

ศึกษากระบวนการในการรายงานข่าวในภาวะปกติและภาวะวิกฤติ และลักษณะการสร้างความเป็นจริงจากการรายงานข่าว เหตุการณ์ในภาวะวิกฤติของสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์ในประเทศไทย การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก กับแหล่งข้อมูลบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเหตุการณ์จำนวน 5 กลุ่ม คือ ผู้บริหาร บรรณาธิการ ผู้เรียบเรียงข่าว ผู้ประกาศข่าวและบุคคลที่อยู่ในแวดวงสื่อสารมวลชน เพื่อหาคำตอบว่าการสร้างความเป็นจริงจากการรายงานข่าวเหตุการณ์ ในภาวะวิกฤติของสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์ไทยเป็นอย่างไร ซึ่งจากผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาวะวิกฤติส่งผลกระทบต่อการรายงานข่าวของสื่อมวลชนหลายด้าน ทั้งผู้บังคับบัญชา บรรณาธิการข่าว ผู้ประกาศข่าวและทีมข่าว ส่วนความจริงที่ถูกสร้างขึ้นของแต่ละสถานีเป็นความจริงที่ไม่ชัดเจน และมีความหลากหลาย โดยแต่ละสถานีสร้างความจริงของตนเองขึ้นมาให้มีความแตกต่างจากสถานีอื่น เนื่องจากใช้แหล่งข่าวต่างประเทศ ผู้ดำเนินรายการ และบุคคลที่เชิญมาสัมภาษณ์มีความแตกต่างกัน ขึ้นอยู่กับมุมมองและประสบการณ์ในการทำงานของแต่ละสถานี อย่างไรก็ตามพบว่า ทุกสถานีรายงานข่าวเข้าข้างอเมริกามากกว่าพวกมุสลิม นอกจากนี้ความจริงที่ปรากฏเป็นรูปลักษณ์ของการสื่อสาร ของผู้ก่อการร้ายสัมฤทธิผลเป็นอย่างดี เพราะสร้างความตกตะลึงให้กับคนทั้งโลกได้รู้จักกับโลกของมุสลิมมากขึ้น และทำให้สื่อมวลชนทุกสถานีเชื่อในการสร้างความเป็นจริงครั้งนี้ของผู้ก่อการร้าย

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study the process of news reporting in the normal condition and crisis events in a way of the construction of reality from the coverage of crisis events by the television stations in Thailand. The study is the qualitative reasearch by means of in-depth interview. The in-depth interview is employed with 5 groups of people; executives, editor, sub-editors, news presenters, and mass media professionals to find out how a construction of reality works out in the Thai TV stations coverage of the crisis events. The result of the study shows that crisis events effect to the media such as executives, editors, subeditors, news presenters and news reporters the constructed reality is not clear and various, every station constructed itself different from anothers because they used different international news, news presenters, and the people to interviewed anyhow they find that 3 stations present that they sympathy U.S.A. more than Muslim and the reality seen in the media created by the terrorists is very effective because it shocks the whole world and the world of Muslims becomes better known, and every TV station believes in this reality.
