Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การเปิดรับข่าวสารการแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจของพนักงานการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย (กฟผ.) จากสื่อต่างๆ (2) ระดับความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมของพนักงาน กฟผ. ในเรื่องการแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจ (3) ความสอดคล้องของระดับความรู้ ทิศทางทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมเกี่ยวกับการแปรรูปของกลุ่มพนักงาน กฟผ. กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ พนักงาน กฟผ. ทั่วประเทศจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 397 คน ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และการวิเคราะห์ผลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน การทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยโดยใช้ t-test และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน (ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจจากสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ภายในองค์กร คือ ข่าวสัปดาห์ กฟผ. ค่อนข้างมาก การเปิดรับข่าวสารจากหนังสือพิมพ์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจในระดับดี 3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีทัศนคติต่อเรื่องการแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจที่เป็นกลาง 4) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมในเรื่องการแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจในระดับค่อนข้างน้อย 5) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีความแตกต่างลักษณะทางประชากรและการทำงาน ไม่มีความแตกต่างด้านการเปิดรับข่าวสารความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมเรื่องการแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจ ยกเว้นประชากรที่มีสายงานต่างกัน มีความแตกต่างด้านการเปิดรับข่าวสารและความรู้เรื่องการแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจ 6) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีการเปิดรับสื่อหนังสือพิมพ์มาก มีความรู้ไม่แตกต่างจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีการเปิดรับสื่อหนังสือพิมพ์น้อยกว่า 7) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เชื่อว่าการแปรรูปมีผลกระทบกับตนเองมาก มีความรู้ไม่แตกต่างจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เชื่อว่าการแปรรูปมีผลกระทบต่อตนเองน้อย 8) ปริมาณการเปิดรับข่าวสาร กับความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมเกี่ยวกับการแปรรูปรัฐวิสาหกิจ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research are to study (1) perception of the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand employees on privatization issue from media, (2) their knowledge, attitude and practice on privatization issue of the employees. The research is quantitative research, collecting data from survey (397 samples). The survey data was analyzed by using SPSS for Windows, where frequencies, percentage, means, Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficiens, t-test and One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) were computed. The results of this research are as follows:- 1) EGAT employees mostly exposed to news on privatization from internal media "EGAT Weekly News" and received this information from general newspaper at the moderate level. 2) EGAT employees knew about privatization issue at good level. 3) EGAT employee's attitude toward privatization was at the moderate level. 4) EGAT employee's practice on privatization was at lower level. 5) EGAT employees of different sex, education and work responsibilityetc. had no differences in knowledge, attitude and practice on privatization. However, the employees from different work lines had different perception and knowledge on privatization. 6) EGAT employees who perceived much news from newspaper and those who perceive less had the same knowledge on privatization. 7) EGAT employees who believe that privatization have much effect on them had the same knowledge which the group who think in opposite. 8) The frequency of media exposure of EGAT employees was not correlate with their knowledge, attitude and practice on privatization
