Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวัง ความพึงพอใจ และการยอมรับนวกรรม การศึกษาระบบทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียม ของครูสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ระหว่างกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีลักษณะทางประชากรต่างกัน จำนวน 350 คน จาก 75 โรงเรียนทั่วประเทศ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย การทดสอบความแตกต่าง (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความปรวนแปรทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) การทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ตามวิธีของ Scheffe และการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แบบเพียร์สัน ซึ่งประมวลผลโดยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS/PC+ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูในโรงเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการการศึกษาระบบทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียมที่มีลักษณะทางประชากรต่างกัน จะมีความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจต่อโครงการนี้ไม่แตกต่า่งกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งไม่เป็นไปตามสมมุติฐานที่ 1 2. ความคาดหวังของครูที่เข้าร่วมโครงการฯ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 กับพฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อการสอนในโครงการฯ ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมุติฐานที่ 2 3. ความพึงพอใจของครูที่เข้าร่วมโครงการฯ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 กับพฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อการสอนในโครงการซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมุติฐานที่ 3 4. การยอมรับการสื่อสารระบบทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียม มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 กับระดับความพึงพอใจซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมุติฐานที่ 4

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research aimed to study the expectancy, gratification, and the adoption of distance learning innovation among 350 teachers from 75 schools affiliated to Department of General Education. The statistics applied for this research are t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation. SPSS/PC + is used to analyze the data results of the above mentioned study. The study could be concluded as follows; 1. The expectancy and gratification of those teachers who joined the Distance Learning Project is not significantly vary due to the variation of characters in population's gender, age, education, work experience, and duration of Project participation. 2. It was found a significant correlation relationship between the expectancy and the practice of distance learning innovation. 3. There was a significant relationship between the gratification and the practice of distance learning technology. 4. It was found there was a significant relationship between the adoption and the gratification of practicing distance learning innovation.
