Abstract
ศึกษาการเติบโตภายหลังเผชิญเหตุการณ์สะเทือนขวัญของผู้รอดชีวิตจากสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ผู้รอดชีวิตจากเหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบจำนวน 10 ราย (ชาย 8 ราย และหญิง 2 ราย) ที่อาศัยในพื้นที่ 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยเป็นผู้ที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด และเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบรายบุคคล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบทีมผู้วิจัยเห็นชอบร่วมกัน ผลการวิจัยพบประสบการณ์การเติบโตภายหลังเผชิญเหตุการณ์สะเทือนขวัญ 3 ประเด็นหลักคือ 1) การเติบโตที่ปรากฏภายหลังประสบเหตุการณ์สะเทือนขวัญ ได้แก่ การยอมรับสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นโดยไม่ทุกข์ใจ การไม่ประมาทในการดำเนินชีวิต การตระหนักถึงความรักความผูกพันในครอบครัว และการมองเห็นคุณค่าของการมีชีวิตอยู่ 2) การประสบเหตุการณ์สะเทือนขวัญ ได้แก่ ลักษณะเหตุการณ์สะเทือนขวัญ และการสูญเสียด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ 3) การมีแหล่งเกื้อหนุนการเติบโต ได้แก่ การมีวิธีคิดเพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งทั้งกายและจิตใจ การมีครอบครัวและบุคคลรอบข้าง การนำหลักศาสนามาใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิต และการมีบทบาทที่ต้องรับผิดชอบ ข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัยสนับสนุนแนวคิดที่ว่า ผู้รอดชีวิตจากการประสบเหตุการณ์สะเทือนขวัญสามารถพัฒนาความเข้มแข็งภายในจิตใจ และเติบโตอย่างมีวุฒิภาวะได้หากพวกเขามีแหล่งเกื้อหนุนที่เพียงพอ
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
This qualitative study aimed to examine posttraumatic growth of insurgency survivors in the southern border provinces of Thailand. A consensus qualitative research design was used. Key informants were 10 (8 males and 2 females) insurgency survivors who were purposively selected using a set of criteria. The key informants were interviewed individually by the researcher. Data were subsequently analyzed using a consensual qualitative research method. Findings revealed 4 themes of posttraumatic growth experience: (1) Posttraumatic growth such as accepting ongoing circumstances, appreciating lives and recognizing the importance of family bonding; (2) Facing traumatic situations similar to these or those situations with physical and psychological impact; (3) Having resources to support such as resilience-enhancement thinking, family and social support, living lives based on religious beliefs, and committing to duties and responsibilities. Findings support the notion that those surviving insurgency with sufficient resources and supports can develop psychological growth and strength.
