Abstract

วางแผนการกระตุ้นพัฒนาการเฉพาะบุคคล สำหรับเด็กกำพร้าในสถานสงเคราะห์เด็กอ่อนพญาไท โดยใช้วิธีกรณีศึกษา กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 7 ราย ซึ่งประกอบด้วย กรณีศึกษา 3 ราย ที่ได้รับการกระตุ้นพัฒนาการ และตัวควบคุมเทียม 4 ราย ที่ไม่ได้รับการกระตุ้นพัฒนาการ โดยสร้างแผนการกระตุ้นพัฒนาการ ด้วยแบบประเมินพัฒนาการ Hawaii Early Learning Profile (HELP) ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่า แผนการกระตุ้นพัฒนาการมีประสิทธิภาพ เนื่องจากหลังการกระตุ้นพัฒนาการ 4 เดือน กลุ่มกรณีศึกษาที่ได้รับการกระตุ้นพัฒนาการ จะเกิดพฤติกรรมเป้าหมายเร็วกว่า และเกิดมากกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมเทียมในพัฒนาการทุกๆ ด้าน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To develop individualized early intervention plans for orphans in Phayathai Babies' Home. A case study was applied on seven participants : three who received treatment (treatment group) and four who did not receive treatment (pseudo-control group). The Hawaii Early Learning Profile (HELP) was used to design treatments and to measure outcomes. Results from the study suggested that the early intervention treatment programs were effective. After four months, all three orphans participants performed target behaviors faster and more frequently than their pseudo-controls in every developmental area.
