Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษา คือ เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะรูปแบบองค์กรการเคลื่อนไหวทางสังคมผ่านการศึกษาปัจจัยภายในองค์กร กล่าวคือ โครงสร้างขององค์กร แกนนำ ผู้เข้าร่วม ยุทธวิธีการเคลื่อนไหวต่อสู้ และการปฏิสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยภายนอก กล่าวคือ พันธมิตรและการสร้างพันธมิตร รัฐบาลและฝ่ายตรงข้าม ของแนวร่วมประชาธิปไตยต่อต้านเผด็จการแห่งชาติ (นปช.) แดงทั้งแผ่นดินจากการศึกษาองค์กรแนวร่วมประชาธิปไตยต่อต้านเผด็จการแห่งชาติ (นปช.) แดงทั้งแผ่นดินในฐานะองค์กรนำการเคลื่อนไหวเมื่อวันที่ 12 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2553 ถึง วันที่ 19 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2553 พบว่า เป็นการเคลื่อนไหวภายใต้สถานการณ์ที่ปัจจัยภายนอก กล่าวคือ รัฐบาลที่มีนโยบายการใช้ความรุนแรงและกฎหมายเข้ามาควบคุมการชุมนุม โดยอีกด้านหนึ่งก็มีความพยายามในการสอดประสานกับฝ่ายต่อต้านผู้ชุมนุมที่เป็นประชาชน กลุ่ม องค์กรต่างๆ เพื่อลดความชอบธรรมของฝ่ายผู้ชุมนุมและดำรงไว้ซึ่งอำนาจของรัฐบาล ประกอบกับปัจจัยภายในนปช.แดงทั้งแผ่นดินที่แม้ว่าจะมีลักษณะรูปแบบองค์กรด้านที่เป็นทางการ แต่เมื่อเข้าสู่การต่อสู้ผ่านปฏิบัติการทางการเมืองทำให้มองเห็นการขาดการเตรียมการวางแผนเชิงยุทธวิธีที่เป็นระบบ มีการกำหนดยุทธวิธีการเคลื่อนไหวลักษณะที่เฉพาะหน้าตามสถานการณ์เป็นหลัก และลักษณะความสัมพันธ์แบบไม่เป็นทางการทั้งภายในหมู่แกนนำ แกนนำย่อย และผู้ร่วมชุมนุม ปรากฏจากยุทธวิธีที่มีลักษณะเป็นไปเองทั้งที่ไม่ละเมิดแนวทางนโยบายขององค์กร และส่วนที่เป็นปัญหากับการเคลื่อนไหวอย่างชัดเจน คือ ยุทธวิธีที่เป็นไปเองและละเมิดแนวทางนโยบายขององค์กร ซึ่งทั้งปัจจัยภายในและปัจจัยภายนอกดังกล่าวส่งผลให้นำไปสู่การปราบปรามและยุติการชุมนุมในวันที่ 19 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2553 ในที่สุด

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This thesis is principle purported to study the form of the social movement by studying the internal factors, which are the organization structure, leaders, attendants, movement strategies, and the reaction with the external factors, which are alliance and alliance creation, government and the opponents of United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship: UDD Red in the land. The outcome of the study show that the movement of UDD Red in the land during March 12th, - May 19th, 2010 is based on the situation caused by external factors, that is the government who has the policies to control the rally by violence and law and trying to deal with the opponent of the attendants: individual, and any organizations for reduce the righteousness of the rally and sustain the power of the government, compound with internal factors. Despite being the formal organization, UDD Red in the land lack of systematic strategies planning so when attending to the fighting by political action, they pointed the principle strategy of movement base on the confronting situations. Furthermore, UDD Red in the land has the informal form of the relationship between leaders, minor leaders and attendants which cause to appear the autonomous strategy despite not breaking the roles or policies. The observable problem of the movement is autonomous strategy and breaking the policies of the organization. The aforementioned internal and external factors are finally caused to suppression and terminate the rally on May 19th ,2010.
