Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา สถานภาพและบทบาทของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจภายใต้การบริหารงานของผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดแบบบูรณาการ โดยมีสมมติฐานหลักดังต่อไปนี้ 1. สถานภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจชั้นสัญญาบัตรหลังการบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการเพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่าตำรวจชั้นประทวน 2. บทบาทของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจชั้นสัญญาบัตรหลังการบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการเพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่าตำรวจชั้นประทวน 3. สถานภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจภายหลังการบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการเพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่าก่อนการบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการ 4. บทบาทของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจภายหลังการบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการเพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่าก่อนการบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการ 5. การบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการมีผลต่อสถานภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ 6. การบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการมีผลต่อบทบาทของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ 7. การบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการมีผลต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจชั้นสัญญาบัตรมากกว่าชั้นประทวน 8. การบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการมีผลต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่มีการศึกษาสูงมากกว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่มีการศึกษาต่ำ การเก็บข้อมูลใช้วิธีการแจกแบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจำนวน 385 คน โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (x¯,SD) และร้อยละในการวิเคราะห์ขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยใช้สถิติเชิงอ้างอิง (T-test indepent, T-test match paired) ในการเปรียบเทียบตัวแปร และใช้ (Regression. Gamma) ในการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปร ข้อค้นพบหลักที่ได้จาการวิจัย คือ 1). สถานภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจชั้นสัญญาบัตรหลังการบริงานรูปแบบบูรณาการไม่แตกต่างกว่าตำรวจชั้นประทวน 2). บทบาทของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจชั้นสัญญาบัตรหลังการบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการไม่เพิ่มขั้นมากกว่าตำรวจชั้นประทวน 3). สถานภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจภายหลังการบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการเพิ่มขั้นมากกว่าก่อนการบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการ 4). บทบาทของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจภายหลังการบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการไม่แตกต่างกว่าก่อนการบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการ 5). การบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการมีผลต่อสถานภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ 6). การบริหารงานแบบูรณาการมีผลต่อบทบาทของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ 7). การบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการมีผลต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจชั้นสัญญาบัตรไม่แตกต่างกว่าชั้นประทวน 8). การบริหารงานแบบบูรณาการมีผลต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่มีการศึกษาสูงมากกว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่มีการศึกษาต่ำ

The purpose of this research was to study the status and role of the police under CEO based on the following hypotheses:1. The status of commissioned police officer had more than non­ commissioned police otlicer alter using CEO.Govemours2. The role of commissioned • police officer had more than non- commissioned police officer after CEO.Governours 3. The status of police after using CEO.Govemours had more than before using CEO. Govemours 4. The role of police after using CEO.GovemoUIS had more than before using CEO. Governours 5. CEO.Governours had impacted on status 6. CEO. Govemours had impacted on role7. CEO.Govemours had impact commissioned police officer more than non- commissioned police officer8. CEO.GovernoUIS had impact high level education police more than low level education police Data of research was collected by distributing the questionnaires to the policeman with 385 subjects. The data were analyzed by means of arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentile, t-test independent, t-test match paired, regression and gamma. The main findings of this research are: 1) The status of commissioned police officer have not different non- commissioned police officer after CEO.Governours 2). The role of commissioned police officer have less than non- commissioned police officer after CEO.Govemours 3). The status of police after using CEO.Govemours have more than before using CEO. Governours 4). The role of police after using CEO.Governours have not different before using CEO. Govcrnours 5). CEO.Governours have impacted on status 6). CEO. Governours have impacted on role 7). CEO.Governours have impact commissioned police officer not different non- commissioned police officer 8). CEO.Governours have impact high level education police more than low level education police
