Abstract

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดสองครั้งก่อนและหลังการทดลองเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบอาการทางบวกของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนก่อนและหลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการจัดการอาการโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัว และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบอาการทางบวกของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนระหว่างกลุ่มที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการจัดการอาการโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัวกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครอบครัวที่มีสมาชิกที่ป่วยด้วยโรคจิตเภท ประกอบด้วย ผู้ป่วยจิตเภท และผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท จำนวน 40 ครอบครัว แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่มคือ กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ20 ครอบครัว กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้รับการจับคู่ (matched pair) ด้วยระดับคะแนนอาการทางบวกและเพศ กลุ่มทดลองได้เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการจัดการอาการโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัว ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) โปรแกรมการจัดการอาการโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัว 2) แบบประเมินอาการทางบวก 3) แบบประเมินความสามารถในจัดการอาการทางบวก เครื่องมือทั้งหมดได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน มีค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของครอนบาคของเครื่องมือชุดที่ 3 เท่ากับ 0.81 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. อาการทางบวกของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการจัดการอาการโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัว น้อยกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. อาการทางบวกของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการจัดการอาการโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัว น้อยกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this quasi-experimental research using the pretest-posttest design were 1) to compare positive symptoms of persons with schizophrenia in community before and after using the symptom management program with family involvement, and 2) to compare positive symptoms of persons with schizophrenia in community using the symptom management program with family involvement and those who received the conventional nursing care. Forty families of persons with schizophrenia receiving services in the outpatient department, Samchuk Hospital, and meeting the inclusion criteria, were matched pair and then randomly assigned to experimental group and control group, 20 subjects in each group. The experimental group received the symptom management program with family involvement for four weeks. The control group received the conventional nursing care. Research instruments included the symptom management program with family involvement; the positive symptoms scale; the Ability to manage positive symptoms scale. All instruments were content validated by a panel of 5 professional experts. The t-test was used in data analysis. The major findings were as follows: 1. The positive symptoms of persons with schizophrenia in community after using symptom management program with family involvement were significantly lower than those before the management program, at the .05 level. 2. The positive symptoms of persons with schizophrenia in community who received symptom management program with family involvement were significantly lower than those of the persons who received regular caring activities, at the .05 level.
