Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพการพยาบาลก่อนและหลังการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลแบบ Focus charting และศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลแบบ Focus charting ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ หอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมหญิง โรงพยาบาลอานันทมหิดล กลุ่มประชากรได้แก่ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ หอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมหญิง จำนวน 8 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้ป่วยหอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมหญิงจำนวน 40 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุมจำนวน 20 คน และกลุ่มทดลองจำนวน 20 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองคือ 1) โครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการด้านการบันทึกทางการพยาบาลแบบ Focus charting โรงพยาบาลอานันทมหิดล 2) แผนการสอน และแบบวัดความรู้การบันทึกทางการพยาบาลแบบ Focus charting 3) เครื่องมือกำกับการทดลอง คือแบบตรวจสอบคุณภาพการบันทึกทางการพยาบาล และ 4) คู่มือการบันทึกทางการพยาบาลแบบ Focus charting สร้างจากแนวคิดของ Lampe (1982) และยุวดี เกตสัมพันธ์ (2551) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามคุณภาพการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วย และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลแบบ Focus charting ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โดยผ่านการตรวจความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ .94 และ.96 และตรวจสอบค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ .93 และ.94 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณภาพการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วย หลังการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลแบบ Focus charting สูงกว่าก่อนการใช้แบบบันทึก (p value=.05) 2. ความพึงพอใจในการใช้แบบบันทึกทางการพยาบาลแบบ Focus charting ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ หอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมหญิง โรงพยาบาลอานันทมหิดล อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄ = 3.89, SD = .690)

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this quasi-experimental research were to compare quality of nursing between before and after using the focus charting nursing documentation and study the level of the professional nurses’ satisfaction in female medicine ward, Anandamahidol Hospital. The population are 8 professional nurses and the sample are 40 patients devided in 2 groups, 20s before and 20s after by using a purposive sampling technique. Research instruments were developed by the researcher consist of 1) The workshop programme 2) The lesson plan and the knowledge test 3) The quality of nursing documentation check and 4) The focus charting nursing documentation manual based on Lampe (1982) and Yuwadee kestsumpun (2551). Instruments to collect data were the quality of nursing perceived by patients questionnaire and the professional nurses’ satisfaction using the focus charting nursing documentation questionnaire. The content validity index were .94 and .96 and the reliabillity by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient were .93 and .94 respectively. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. Major findings of the study were as followed 1. The quality of nursing perceived by patients after using the focus charting documentation is higher than before significantly. (p value = .05) 2. The professional nurses’satisfaction after using the focus charting documentation is at the good level. (x̄ = 3.89, SD = .690)
