Abstract

การวิจัยแบบพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะรายด้านหลัก และรายการสมรรถนะย่อยของพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟายผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน จำนวน 19 คน ประกอบด้วยแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน หัวหน้าคลินิกเบาหวานหรือแผนกผู้ป่วยนอกที่ดูแลเฉพาะกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน พยาบาลระดับปฏิบัติการพยาบาลขั้นสูงที่ดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน พยาบาลวิชาชีพดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน และอาจารย์หรือนักวิชาการรับผิดชอบหลักสูตรการอบรมของสมาคมให้ความรู้โรคเบาหวาน วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์เอกสารเพื่อนำสาระที่ได้มาบูรณาการกำหนดเป็นกรอบในการสร้างข้อคำถามและสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาร่วมกับสมรรถนะที่ได้จารการทบทวนวรรณกรรมมาสร้างแบบสอบถามเพื่อให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญได้แสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระดับความสำคัญของข้อรายการสมรรถนะในแต่ละด้านซึ่งวิเคราะห์ได้ 3 ด้าน 48 ข้อย่อย ขั้นตอนที่ 3 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาคำนวณหาค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์จัดทำแบบสอบถามส่งให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญยืนยันความคิดเห็นอีกครั้ง นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ และระดับความสำคัญจาก ค่ามัธยฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน ประกอบด้วยสมรรถนะหลัก 3 ด้าน และสมรรถนะย่อยรวม 48 ข้อ ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเฉพาะโรค 21 ข้อ 2) ด้านการให้ความรู้ การสอนและการให้คำปรึกษา 21 ข้อ 3) ด้านการสื่อสารและการประสานงาน 6 ข้อ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research aims 1) to study the core competency the competency of diabetes nurse, 2) to determine the element competencies of diabetes nursing. This research provides the foundations of the Delphi technique based on the sampling group of 19 diabetes nursing experts. Research methodology is carried out on three rounds, namely, 1) analyses the document and design the interview framework and discuss with the selection group 2) Analyses data from panel selection discussion so as to provide a structured communication process designed to produce a detailed examination of a topic and/or problem and discussion from the participating group to prior the element competencies. 3) Applies both median and inter-quartile range (IQR) to identify the distribution of expert’s views on each item. In this fashion, each expert is granted the chance to evaluate the other experts ’views. All feedback from respondents the experts of this would be analyzed to achieve consensus of them. The conclusion indicates that all experts on the panel achieved high consensus on every element competencies for diabetes nursing, covering three essential competencies consisted of 48 elements that establish the professional competencies for the successful delivery of the diabetes care, namely, 1) 21 elements of specialist expertise competency in term of specific patient group, e.g. people with diabetes 2) 21elements of facilitating the delivery of the knowledge, coaching and counseling competency. 3) 6 Elements of communication and team work competency.
