Abstract

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความรู้สึกตราบาปของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน ก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความรู้สึกตราบาปของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มารับบริการแบบผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลพระศรีมหาโพธิ์ จำนวน 36 คน ซึ่งคัดเลือกเป็น 2 กลุ่มคือ กลุ่มทดลอง 18 คน และ กลุ่มควบคุม 18 คน โดยการจับคู่ด้วยอายุ และกลุ่มอาการทางบวก ทางลบของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น และแบบวัดความรู้สึกตราบาปรูปแบบจีนซึ่งผู้วิจัยนำมาให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญสองภาษาจำนวน 2 คน แปล และเรียบเรียงเป็นภาษาไทย โดยผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงของเนื้อหาของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 ท่าน มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .91 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที (t-test)ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้1.ความรู้สึกตราบาปของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจต่ำกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.052.ความรู้สึกตราบาปของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจต่ำกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this quasi-experimental research were to compare the self-stigma of schizophrenic patients before and after their participation in the empowerment program, and to compare the self-stigma between schizophrenic patients who participate in the empowerment program to those who participated in regular caring activities. Research samples were thirty-six schizophrenic patients who received services in the outpatient department at Prasrimahabhodi Psychiatric Hospital, who met the inclusion criteria. They were randomly assigned into one experimental group and control group with 18 subjects in each group by matching the age and Positive/Negative Symptoms. The research instruments were; the empowerment program developed by the researcher and The Chinese version of Self-Stigma of Mental Illness Scale which translated to Thai version by second language experts. These instruments were tested for content validity by panel of 5 experts. The reliability of The Self-Stigma of Mental illness Scale was .91. The t-test was used in data analysis.Major findings were as follow:1. The self-stigma of schizophrenic patients in community after participating the empowerment program were significantly lower than before, at the .05 level.2. The self-stigma of schizophrenic patients in community who participated in the empowerment program were significantly lower than that of schizophrenic patients who participated in the regular caring activities, at the .05 level.
