Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม สิ่งแวดล้อมของสถานีตำรวจ สิ่งแวดล้อมของชุมชนที่พัก และการเปิดรับข่าวสารรณรงค์ด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมการควบคุมน้ำหนักตัวของข้าราชการตำรวจที่มีภาวะน้ำหนักเกิน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ตำรวจนครบาลซึ่งปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในกองบังคับการตำรวจนครบาล 1-9 มีอายุระหว่าง 20-59 ปี ที่มีค่าดัชนีมวลกายมากกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 23 กก./ม.2 จำนวน 323 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการควบคุมน้ำหนักตัว แบบสอบถามการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน แบบสอบถามแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม แบบสอบถามสิ่งแวดล้อมของสถานีตำรวจ แบบสอบถามสิ่งแวดล้อมของชุมชนที่พัก และ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการเปิดรับข่าวสารรณรงค์ด้านสุขภาพ ได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 คน และหาความเที่ยงจากการคำนวณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของคอนบราค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .86, .86, .95, .83 | .80 และ .97 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1.ค่าเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการควบคุมน้ำหนักของตำรวจนครบาลที่มีภาวะน้ำหนักเกิน อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง (X=3.02, SD=1.006 ) 2.ค่าเฉลี่ยการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม สิ่งแวดล้อมของสถานีตำรวจ สิ่งแวดล้อมของชุมชนที่พักและการเปิดรับข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพของตำรวจนครบาลที่มีภาวะน้ำหนักเกิน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X=3.12, SD=0.90),(X=3.16, SD=0.90), (X=3.39, SD=1.02), (X=3.31, SD=1.02) และ (X=3.14, SD=0.93) 3.การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตน แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม สิ่งแวดล้อมของสถานีตำรวจ สิ่งแวดล้อมของชุมชนที่พักและการเปิดรับข่าวสารรณรงค์ด้านสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการควบคุมน้ำหนักในตำรวจนครบาลที่มีภาวะน้ำหนักเกิน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r=0.679, 0.395, 0.221, 0.220 และ 0.340 ตามลำดับ)

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this study were to examine the relationships among perceived self-efficacy, social support, police station environment, community environment, the media exposure concerning health promotion information and bodyweight control behaviors among overweight police officers . The participants were 323 overweight metropolitan police officers who were selected from among 20-59 years through simple random sampling. The instrument for the study was a seven part questionnaires that included the demographic data, perceived self-efficacy, social support, police station environment, community environment, the media exposure concerning health promotion information and bodyweight control behaviors questionnaire. Content validity for all questionnaires were reviewed by a panel of experts. Internal consistency reliability for the instruments determined by Cronbach’s alpha were .86, .86, .95, .83 | .80 and .97 respectively . Pearson’s Product-Moment correlation was used for statistical analysis. The results were as follows: 1.Mean score of bodyweight control behaviors among overweight police officers was at medium (X=3.02, SD =1.006 ) 2.Mean score of perceived self-efficacy, social support, police station environment, police community environment and the media exposure concerning health promotion information among overweight police officers were at medium (X=3.12, SD=0.90),(X=3.16, SD=0.90), (X=3.39, SD=1.02), (X=3.31, SD=1.02) | (X=3.14, SD=0.93). 3.There were positive statistical correlations between perceived self-efficacy, social support, police station environment, community environment, the media exposure concerning health promotion information and bodyweight control behaviors among overweight police officers at the level of .05 (r=0.679, 0.395 | 0.221 | 0.220 and 0.340 ).
