Abstract

การวิจัยแบบบรรยายเชิงความสัมพันธ์ครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาอัตราความชุกของพฤติกรรมรุนแรงของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยคัดสรร ได้แก่ อายุ เพศ ประวัติเคยมีพฤติกรรมรุนแรง การใช้สารเสพติด พฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษา อาการทางบวก และอาการทางลบ กับพฤติกรรมรุนแรงของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มารับการรักษาแบบผู้ป่วยนอกของสถาบันจิตเวชศาสตร์สมเด็จเจ้าพระยาทและสถาบันกัลยาณ์ราชนครินทรฺ จำนวน 130 คน ได้จากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติที่กำหนดไว้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 5 ชุด คือ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมรุนแรง 3) แบบวัดกลุ่มอาการทางบวกของโรคจิตเภทฉบับภาษาไทย 4) แบบวัดกลุ่มอาการทางลบของโรคจิตเภทฉบับภาษาไทย 5) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษา เครื่องมือทุกชุดผ่านการพิจารณาความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน และตรวจสอบค่าความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือทุกฉบับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสหสัมพันธ์ตารางการณ์จร และค่าสหสัมพันธ์พอยท์ไบซีเรียล ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้1. อัตราความชุดของพฤติกรรมรุนแรงของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 24.6 (32 คน จาก 130 คน) 2. ประวัติเคยมีพฤติกรรมรุนแรงมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมรุนแรงของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน (C = .250, p < 0.01) อายุและพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษา มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับพฤติกรรมรุนแรงของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน (r[subscript pb] = -.294 และ r[subscript pb] = -.326 ตามลำดับ, p < 0.01) และอาการทางบวกมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมรุนแรงของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน (r[subscript pb] = .376, p < 0.01) 3. เพศ การใช้สารเสพติด และอาการทางลบไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมรุนแรงของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this descriptive correlational research were: 1) to examine the prevalence of violent behavior of schizophrenic patients in community and 2) to study the relationships between selected factors including age, gender, history of violent behavior, substance abuse, medication adherence behavior, positive symptoms and negative symptoms with violent behavior. A total sample of 130 schizophrenic patients in community, who met the inclusion criteria, was drawn from out † patient departments of Somdet Chaopraya Institute of Psychiatry and Galya Rajanangarindra Institute. Research instruments consist of five questionnaires namely: 1) demographic data sheet, 2) The Violent Behavior Scale, 3) The Thai Version of the Positive Syndrome Scale, 4) The Thai Version of the Negative Syndrome Scale, and 5) The Medication Adherence Behavior Scale. All instruments were validated for content validity by 5 experts and tested for reliability. Statistic techniques utilized in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Contingency Coeffcient and Point Biserial Correlation. Findings were summarized as follows: 1. Prevalence rate of violent behavior among schizophrenic in community was 24.6% (32 subjects out of 130 subjects). 2. History of violent behavior was significantly related to violent behavior of schizophrenic patients in community (C = .250, p < 0.01); age and medication adherence behavior were negatively related to violent behavior of schizophrenic patients in community (r[subscript pb] = -.294 and r[subscript pb] = -.326 respectively, p < 0.01); positive symptoms was positively related to violent behavior of schizophrenic patients in community (r[subscript pb] = .376, p < 0.01). 3. Gender, substance abuse and negative symptoms were not significantly related to violent behavior of schizophrenic patients in community.
