Abstract

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบบันทึกการพยาบาลผ่าตัดและศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของการพยาบาลผ่าตัดตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลตรังรวมแพทย์ก่อนและหลังการใช้แบบบันทึกการพยาบาลผ่าตัดกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในห้องผ่าตัด ห้องพักฟื้น และหอผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรมของโรงพยาบาลตรังรวมแพทย์ จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แผนการอบรม แบบบันทึกการพยาบาลผ่าตัด คู่มือการใช้แบบบันทึกการพยาบาลผ่าตัด แบบกำกับการทดลอง และแบบสอบถามประสิทธิภาพของแบบบันทึกการพยาบาลผ่าตัดที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เครื่องมือทั้งหมดผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และทดสอบหาค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคได้เท่ากับ 0.97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบด้วยสถิติค่าที (Dependent t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.แบบบันทึกการพยาบาลผ่าตัด โรงพยาบาลตรังรวมแพทย์ ประกอบด้วยโครงสร้าง 3 ส่วนคือ ส่วนที่ 1 แบบบันทึกการพยาบาลระยะก่อนผ่าตัด ส่วนที่ 2 แบบบันทึกการพยาบาลระยะผ่าตัด และส่วนที่ 3 แบบบันทึกการพยาบาลระยะหลังผ่าตัด 2.ประสิทธิภาพของแบบบันทึกการพยาบาลผ่าตัดตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลตรังรวมแพทย์ หลังการใช้แบบบันทึกการพยาบาลผ่าตัดโดยใช้กระบวนการพยาบาล สูงกว่าก่อนการใช้แบบบันทึกการพยาบาลผ่าตัดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this quasi experimental research were to development of perioperative nursing record and study the nursing record efficiency as perceive by professional nurses in Trangruampat hospital before and after used the perioperative nursing record. The subjects were 30 professional nurses in the operative room | recovery room and surgery ward of Trangruampat hospital. The study tool consisted of the training plan, the perioperative nursing record | the handbook of using the perioperative nursing record | the trial control record and the nursing record efficiency questionnaire. All research instruments were developed by the researcher and tested for content validity. Reliability of the questionnaire was conducted by Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient at 0.97. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and dependent t-test. The major finding were as follow : 1.The perioperative nursing record of Trangruampat hospital consists of 3 parts : part 1 pre-operative nursing record, part 2 intra-operative nursing record and part 3 post-operative nursing record.2.The perioperative nursing record efficiency after using the perioperative nursing record was significant higher than before using the perioperative nursing record as perceive by professional nurses at the .05 level.
