Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย สภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการทำงาน และ คุณภาพการบริการของหอผู้ป่วย และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย สภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการทำงาน กับคุณภาพการบริการของหอผู้ป่วย ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในหอผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลชุมชน จำนวน 441 คน ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย แบบสอบถามสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการทำงาน และแบบสอบถามคุณภาพการบริการของหอผู้ป่วย ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา และวิเคราะห์ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถาม โดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค มีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ .97, .93และ .92 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย สภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการทำงาน และ คุณภาพการบริการของหอผู้ป่วย ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน อยู่ในระดับดี (X̅ = 3.84, SD = .58, X̅ = 3.54, SD = .55 และ X̅ = 3.88, SD = .41 ตามลำดับ) 2. ภาวะผู้นำของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยและสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการทำงาน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับคุณภาพการบริการของหอผู้ป่วย ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (r = .56 และ .66 ตามลำดับ)

The descriptive research was designed to study the relationships between leadership of head nurses, working environment, service quality of patient units as perceived by professional nurses, community hospitals. The sample were 441 professional nurses who were located in patient units, community hospitals. Subject were selected using a multi – stage sampling technique. Research instruments were leadership of head nurses questionnaire, working environment questionnaire and service quality of patient units questionnaire, as perceived by professional nurses, community hospitals. All questionnaires were tested for validity and reliability. Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficients for the three instruments were .97, .93, and .92 respectively. The data were analyzed by frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficients. Major findings were as follows: 1. Mean of leadership of head nurses, working environment, and service quality of patient units as perceived by professional nurses, community hospitals were at high level (X̅ = 3.84, SD = .58, X̅ = 3.54, SD = .55 and X̅ = 3.88, SD =.41) 2.There were significant positive relationships between leadership of head nurses | working environment, and service quality of patient units as perceived by professional nurses, community hospital at .05 level (r = 0.56, 0.66 | p < .05)
