Abstract
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เปรียบเทียบการรับรู้คุณค่าวิชาชีพของพยาบาล ห้องคลอดและหอผู้ป่วยหลังคลอดก่อนและหลังการใช้ระบบการมอบหมายงานแบบพยาบาลเจ้าของไข้ และ2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการห้องคลอดและหอผู้ป่วยหลังคลอดระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับบริการ พยาบาลด้วยระบบการมอบหมายงานแบบพยาบาลเจ้าของไข้ กับกลุ่มที่ได้รับบริการพยาบาลแบบมอบหมาย งานตามหน้าที่ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงานห้องคลอดและหอผู้ป่วยหลัง คลอด โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดีจำนวน 30 คน และผู้รับบริการจำนวน 60 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่ม ควบคุมกลุ่มละ 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง คือ คู่มือระบบพยาบาลเจ้าของไข้สร้างขึ้นตามแนวคิดของ Marram et al.(1974) เครื่องมือที่ใช้กำกับการทดลอง คือ แบบประเมินความรู้เรื่อง ระบบพยาบาลเจ้าของไข้ และแบบ บันทึกการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลการใช้ระบบการมอบหมายงานแบบพยาบาลเจ้าของไข้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้สำหรับ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้คุณค่าวิชาชีพของพยาบาล สร้างจากการบูรณาการแนวคิดของ Hoffart and Woods (1996) และแนวคิดของ Hood and Leddy (2003)และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ ของผู้รับบริการสูติกรรมสร้างจากแนวคิดของ Smith (2001) โดยผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจาก ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และตรวจสอบค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ .97 และ .96 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การรับรู้คุณค่าวิชาชีพของพยาบาลหน่วยงานห้องคลอดและหอผู้ป่วยหลังคลอด โรงพยาบาล รามาธิบดีหลังการใช้ระบบการมอบหมายงานแบบพยาบาลเจ้าของไข้สูงขึ้นกว่าก่อนการใช้ระบบการ มอบหมายงานแบบพยาบาลเจ้าของไข้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการในห้องคลอดและหอผู้ป่วยหลังคลอดกลุ่มที่ได้รับการบริการ พยาบาลด้วยระบบการมอบหมายงานแบบพยาบาลเจ้าของไข้สูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับบริการพยาบาลด้วยระบบ การมอบหมายงานตามหน้าที่ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purposes of this quasi-experimental research were 2 folds: 1) to compare perceived professional value of nurses before and after using primary nursing assignment system in labour room and post-partum ward; and 2) to compare clients’ satisfaction between clients who received primary nursing assignment system and those who received functional method nursing care assignment. Research subjects composed of 30 nurses from labour room and post-partum ward, Ramathibodi Hospital and 60 clients were assigned to experimental and control group of 30 clients each. Research instruments consist of: 1) primary nursing assignment system manual were developed by the researcher base on Marram et al. (1974) concept, 2) primary nursing assignment system questionnaire and self evaluated questionnaire 3) perceived professional value of nurses questionnaire and clients’ satisfaction questionnaire. All instruments were tested for content validity by a pand of experts. The reliability by cronbach’s alpha coefficient were .97 and .96, respectively. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Major finding of the study were as followed : 1. Perceived professional value of nurses after using primary nursing assignment system was statistically significantly higher than before using primary nursing assignment system in labour room and post- partum ward. ( p<.05) 2. Clients’ satisfaction who received primary nursing assignment system was statistically significantly higher than those who received functional method nursing care assignment. (p<.05)
