Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ความหมาย และ แบบแผนการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทขึ้นไป และปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 16 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและบันทึกภาคสนาม นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาถอดความแบบคำต่อคำและวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา มีดังนี้ 1. ความหมายของการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 1.1 เรียนได้ทุกเรื่อง เรียนอย่างต่อเนื่องและสม่ำเสมอ 1.2 เรียนรู้ได้หลายวิธี รู้วิถีการเปลี่ยนแปลง 2. แบบแผนการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 2.1 ภูมิหลังการเรียนรู้ : 2.1.1 แรงผลักดันให้เรียนรู้และ 2.1.2 สนใจใฝ่เรียนรู้ของตนเอง 2.2 แบบแผนการเรียนรู้เมื่อเริ่มทำงานเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 2.2.1 เป้าหมายการเรียนรู้ : 1) เรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่เพื่อใช้พัฒนางาน และ 2) ใช้เวลาว่างให้เป็นประโยชน์ 2.2.2 วิธีการเรียนรู้ : 1) เรียนรู้ในสายงานด้วยวิธีการที่หลากหลาย และ 2) เรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ ที่ไม่ใช่วิชาพยาบาล 2.2.3 อุปสรรคจากต้นสังกัดไม่อนุมัติให้ลาศึกษาต่อ 2.3 แบบแผนการเรียนรู้ระหว่างศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท 2.3.1 เป้าหมายการเรียนรู้ : 1) เพิ่มหลักประกันการยอมรับจากผู้อื่น และ 2) นำความรู้มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงาน 2.3.2 วิธีการเรียนรู้ : 1) เรียนรู้ตามสาขาวิชาชีพ และ 2) เรียนรู้สิ่งที่สนใจ 2.3.3 อุปสรรคจากเงื่อนไขเรื่องเวลาที่ต้องหาทางแก้ 2.4 แบบแผนการเรียนรู้หลังจบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท 2.4.1 เป้าหมายการเรียนรู้ : 1) หาความรู้ที่ทันสมัยพัฒนาต่อไปไม่หยุดนิ่ และ 2) นำความรู้มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงาน 2.4.2 วิธีการเรียนรู้ : 1) เรียนรู้จากการอบรม และ 2) ปรึกษาผู้รู้ 2.4.3 อุปสรรคจากสายตาไม่ดี มีปัญหาการอ่าน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this qualitative research were to describe meanings and patterns of lifelong learning of professional nurses. Sixteen professional nurses with master’s degree who have worked in a selected hospital located in Bangkok were participated in this study. In-depth interview together with a field-note were employed for data collection. Data were transcribed verbatim and then analyzed by using content analysis. The results were as follows: 1. Meanings of lifelong learning of professional nurses 1.1 Learning everything and learning continuously 1.2 Having difference ways to learn for understanding of changes 2. Patterns of lifelong learning of professional nurses 2.1 Learning backgrounds: 2.1.1 having learning motive and 2.1.2 learning eagerly for self 2.2 Beginning to be a professional nurse 2.2.1 Learning aims: 1) learning new things and 2) utilizing free time 2.2.2 Ways of learning: 1) learning at work in several ways and 2) learning new things beyond nursing 2.2.3 Lacking organizational support 2.3 Studying for a Master’s degree 2.3.1 Learning aims: 1) being recognized by others and 2) applying knowledge to work 2.3.2 Ways of learning: 1) learning relating to career and 2) learning relating to personal interest 2.3.3 Having time limitation 2.4 After completion of a Master’s degree 2.4.1 Learning aims: 1) obtaining new knowledge for keeping work improvement and 2) applying knowledge to work 2.4.2 Ways of learning: 1) learning from training and 2) consulting experts 2.4.3 Having eyes’ problems
