Abstract
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และอัตราการเกิดความผิดพลาดทางการพยาบาลก่อนและหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการปฏิรูปการดูแลผู้ป่วยข้างเตียง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตโรงพยาบาลสมิติเวช สุขุมวิทจำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แผนการอบรม คู่มือการปฏิรูปการดูแลผู้ป่วยข้างเตียง แบบบันทึกสถานการณ์การปฏิบัติตามแนวทางการปฏิรูปการดูแลผู้ป่วยข้างเตียง เก็บรวมรวมข้อมูล โดยใช้แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพและแบบรายงานความผิดพลาดทางการพยาบาล ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามด้วยสูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคได้เท่ากับ .89 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบสถิติที ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. คะแนนเฉลี่ยของความพึงพอใจในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตหลังใช้โปรแกรมการปฏิรูปการดูแลผู้ป่วยข้างเตียงสูงกว่าก่อนใช้โปรแกรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. อัตราความผิดพลาดจากการเลื่อนหลุดของสายหรือท่อที่ต่อจากร่างกาย หลังการใช้โปรแกรมการปฏิรูปการดูแลผู้ป่วยข้างเตียงต่ำกว่าก่อนใช้โปรแกรมร้อยละ 45.26 3. อัตราความผิดพลาดจากการบริหารยาของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ หลังการใช้โปรแกรมการปฏิรูปการดูแลผู้ป่วยข้างเตียงต่ำกว่าก่อนใช้โปรแกรมร้อยละ 100
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purpose of this quasi experimental research was to compare the nurses’ job satisfaction and nursing error rate before and after using Transforming Care At the Bedside program. Research sample consisted of 30 nurses from intensive care unit in Smitivej sukhumvit hospital. Research instruments were the training plan, Transforming Care At the Bedside handbook, nursing error’ document report and nurses’ job satisfaction questionnaires and all instruments have been tested for content validity and reliability. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was .89. The data were analyzed by percentile, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The major findings were as follow: 1. The mean score of nurses’ job satisfaction of group using Transforming Care At the Bedside program was significantly higher than before experiment, at the .05 level. 2. Rate of nursing error from tube dislocation after implementation the Transforming Care At the Bedside program reduced 45.26 percent. 3. Rate of nursing error from medication error after implementation the Transforming Care At the Bedside program reduced 100 percent.
