Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความหมายประสบการณ์การนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ทางการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ตามแนวคิดปรากฏการณ์วิทยาของ Husserl ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยที่มีประสบการณ์การนำผลงานวิจัยไปใช้ทางการพยาบาล ที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐแห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 15 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก และการบันทึกเทป นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาถอดความแบบคำต่อคำ และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาตามวิธีการของ Colaizzi ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความหมายและประสบการณ์การนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ทางการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยมี ดังนี้ 1.ความหมายการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ทางการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย 1.1นำผลการวิจัยที่พิสูจน์แล้วมาใช้ประโยชน์ 1.2บูรณาการเป็นความรู้มาใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับองค์การ 1.3เป็นตัวช่วยในการทำงาน 2.ประสบการณ์การนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ประกอบด้วย 2.1สภาพการณ์การนำมาใช้ ได้แก่ (1) นโยบายขององค์การ (2) แก้ปัญหาการทำงาน (3) เพิ่มความรู้ให้กับตนเอง และ (4) ไม่ต้องการล้าหลัง 2.2การนำงานวิจัยสู่การปฏิบัติ ได้แก่ (1) นำผลการวิจัยมาใช้โดยตรง (2) นำมาทดลองใช้เกิดแนวปฏิบัติใหม่ และ (3) นำมาดัดแปลงประยุกต์ ใช้ 2.3เกิดผลลัพธ์ต่อการพัฒนา ได้แก่ (1) สร้างหลักประกันคุณภาพของงาน (2) พัฒนางาน และ (3) พัฒนาตนเอง 2.4ความสำเร็จของการนำผลการวิจัยมาใช้ ได้แก่ (1) ความร่วมมือของทีมงาน (2) การควบคุมกำกับติดตาม และ (3) การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ จากผลการศึกษานี้ทำให้เข้าใจประสบการณ์การนำผลงานวิจัยมาใช้ทางการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลสามารถนำไปใช้ในการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยมีการนำผลงานวิจัยไปใช้ในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลอย่างต่อเนื่อง

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this phenomenological study were to describe meanings and experiences of research utilization in nursing of head nurses. Fifteen head nurses who have experience of research utilization in a selected university hospital were participated in the study. In-depth interview with tape-recorded method was used to collect data. All interviews were transcribed verbatim and analyzed using content analysis of Colaizzi. The study findings were as follows: 1. Meanings of nursing research utilization: 1.1Utilizing approval research results 1.2 Integrating suitable knowledge for the organization 1.3 Being as work assistance 2. Experiences of research utilization in nursing: 2.1 Conditions of research used including: (1) being a policy (2) using to solve problems (3) gaining self – knowledge and (4) not outdating 2.2 Applying research to practice including: (1) using directly (2) testing before using as new guidelines and (3) reinventing 2.3 Creating outcomes for development including: (1) assuring working quality (2) improving work and (3) being self-development 2.4 Key successes of research utilization including: (1) cooperating well from teams (2) monitoring and (3) having organizational support The study findings provided an understanding of head nurses’ experiences of research utilization. Nurse executives could use these data to motivate and support head nurses to apply research to practice continuously.
