Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยายโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสุขภาวะ ของเด็กวัยรุ่นตอนต้นที่ติดอินเทอร์เน็ต และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการบริโภค พฤติกรรมการทำกิจกรรมและการออกกำลังกาย และการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตกับสุขภาวะของเด็กวัยรุ่นตอนต้นที่ติดอินเทอร์เน็ต กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักเรียนที่ติดอินเทอร์เน็ตที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในชั้นมัธยม ศึกษาปีที่ 1-3 ในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ 4 แห่ง ในจังหวัดภาคใต้ตอนบน จำนวน 111 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบวัดการติดอินเทอร์เน็ต แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการบริโภค แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการทำกิจกรรมและการออกกำลังกาย และแบบวัดสุขภาวะของเด็กวัยรุ่น ได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและมีความเที่ยงจากการ คำนวณหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .73, .65, .77 และ .96 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยคำนวณหาจำนวนร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) เด็กวัยรุ่นตอนต้นที่ติดอินเทอร์เน็ตมีสุขภาวะอยู่ในระดับดี โดยมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.98 มีส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ .53 2) พฤติกรรมการบริโภค และพฤติกรรมการทำกิจกรรมและการออกกำลังกาย มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับสุขภาวะของเด็กวัยรุ่นตอนต้นที่ติดอินเทอร์เน็ต อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 (r = .468 และ .318) ส่วนการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับสุขภาวะของเด็กวัยรุ่นที่ติดอิน เทอร์เน็ตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

Purposes of this study were to examine health of early adolescents with internet addiction and the relationships between eating behaviors, activity and exercise behaviors, internet use, and health of early adolescents with internet addiction. Study sample consisted of 111 internet addicted students in grade 7-9 in 4 large schools in upper southern part of Thailand. Subjects were selected by multistage random sampling. Instruments included internet addiction questionnaire, eating behaviors questionnaire, activity and exercise behaviors questionnaire, and adolescent’s health questionnaire. Content validity for all questionnaires was established by a panel of experts. Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of the instruments were .73, .65, .77 and .96, respectively. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results were as follows: 1) Health of early adolescents with internet addiction was good. ([mean] = 3.98, S.D. = .53) 2) Eating behaviors, and activity and exercise behaviors were positively correlated with health of early adolescents with internet addiction, at the level of .05 (r = .468, and .318, respectively). Internet use was not significantly statistically correlated with health of early adolescents addicted to internet.
