Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความวิตกกังวลจากการย้ายออกจากหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตของผู้ป่วยวิกฤตและศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความวิตกกังวลจากการย้ายออกจากหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตของผู้ป่วยวิกฤตกับความรุนแรงของความเจ็บป่วย ระยะเวลาที่นอนรับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต ชนิดของการย้าย การสนับสนุนด้านข้อมูลและอารมณ์ และความรู้สึก ไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตและได้รับการย้ายออกจากหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตไปยังหอผู้ป่วยทั่วไปของโรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้าฯ และโรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ โดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินความวิตกกังวลจากการย้ายออกจากไอซียู แบบวัดความรุนแรงของอาการ แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนด้านข้อมูลและอารมณ์ และแบบสอบถามความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วยที่ผ่านการตรวจความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและจากการหาค่าความเที่ยงของแบบประเมินได้เท่ากับ .96, .86, และ .88 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อีตา และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1.ผู้ป่วยที่ย้ายออกจากหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตมีความวิตกกังวลจากการย้ายอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของความวิตกกังวลจากการย้ายเท่ากับ 2.52 (SD = .599) 2.ชนิดของการย้ายมีความสัมพันธ์กับความวิตกกังวลจากการย้ายในกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ป่วยที่ย้ายออกจากหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 (Eta = .229) 3.ระยะเวลาที่นอนรับการรักษาในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต ความรู้สึกไม่แน่นอนในความเจ็บป่วยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความวิตกกังวลจากการย้ายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .280 และ .414 ตามลำดับ) 4.ความรุนแรงของความเจ็บป่วยและการสนับสนุนด้านข้อมูลและอารมณ์มีความ สัมพันธ์อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับความวิตกกังวลจากการย้าย

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this study was to study the relationships between severity of illness, length of stay in ICU, type of transfer, informational and emotional support, uncertainty in illness, and transfer anxiety from ICU among critically ill patients. The subjects were 100 patients who were transferred from ICU at Somdejprapinklao Hospital, and Queen Sirikit Hospital | and were selected by a purposive sampling. The instruments used for data collection were the Demographic Data Form, Transfer Anxiety Questionnaire, Symptom Severity Scale, Informational and Emotional Support Questionnaire, and Uncertainty in Illness Scale. The instruments were tested for content validity by a panel of experts. The Cronbach’s Alpha coefficients were .96, .86, and .88, respectively. Statistical techniques used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation, Eta coefficient, and Pearson’s product moment correlation. The major findings were as follows: 1. The mean score of transfer anxiety from ICU in critically ill patients was 2.52 (SD = .599). 2. Type of transfer was related to transfer anxiety in critically ill patients at the level of .05 (Eta = .229). 3. There were positively statistical correlation between length of stay in ICU, uncertainty in illness, and transfer anxiety in critically ill patients (r = .280 and .414 respectively). 4. Severity of illness and informational and emotional support were not statistically related to transfer anxiety.
