Abstract
แบบแผนการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง แบบสองกลุ่มวัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพของหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลประจำการ ภายหลังการใช้โปรแกรมฝึกทักษะการตัดสินใจทางการบริหารการพยาบาลเป็นเวลา 4 สัปดาห์ และเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพของหอผู้ป่วย ระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองกับกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ 1) ผู้บริหารหอผู้ป่วยกลุ่มทดลอง 17 คน กลุ่มควบคุม 18 คน 2) พยาบาลประจำการกลุ่มทดลอง 72 คน กลุ่มควบคุม 68คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 2 ชุด ได้แก่ 1) โปรแกรม ฝึกทักษะการตัดสินใจทางการบริหาร การพยาบาลของผู้บริหารผู้ป่วย ประกอบด้วย แผนการสอน เรื่อง การฝึกทักษะการตัดสินใจทางการบริหารการพยาบาลของผู้บริหารหอผู้ป่วย คู่มือการฝึกทักษะการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารหอผู้ป่วย แบบบันทึกและรายงานสถานการณ์การตัดสินใจ และแบบประเมินทักษะการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารหอผู้ป่วย 2) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก แบบสอบถามคุณภาพหอผู้ป่วย เครื่องมือทุกชุดผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบประเมินทักษะการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารหอผู้ป่วยและแบบสอบถามคุณภาพของหอผู้ป่วยเทากับ .87 และ .95 ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณภาพของหอผู้ป่วยกลุ่มทดลองภายหลังการใช้โปรแกรมฝึกทักษะการตัดสินใจทางการบริหารการพยาบาลของผู้บริหารหอผู้ป่วย สูงกว่าก่อนการใช้โปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. คุณภาพของหอผู้ป่วยกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purposes of this quasi-experimental research with two groups pretest-posttest design were to study the nursing unit quality by the staff nurses perception after implementation of the nursing administration decision making skill training program for 4 weeks and to compare nursing unit quality between the experimental group and the control group. There were 17 and 18 nurse managers in the experimental group and the control group. Staff nurses in the experimental group and the control group were 72 and 68 respectively. Research instruments concluded of nursing administration decision making skill training program for nursing unit managers and nursing unit quality questionnaire. The reliability of nursing unit manager decision making evaluation questionnaire and nursing unit quality questionnaire were .87 and .95 respectively. Major results of the study were as followed: 1.The nursing unit quality of the experimental group after implementation was significantly greater than before implementation at the .05 level. 2. The nursing unit quality in the experimental group after implementation was significantly greater than the control group at the .05 level.
