Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ ลักษณะของ ครอบครัว และรายได้ของครอบครัว ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของเด็ก วัยเรียนโรคธาสัสซีเมีย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยเด็กวัยเรียนโรคธาลัสซีเมีย อายุ 9-12 ปีที่มาตรวจที่ ตึกผู้ป่วยนอก คลินิก โรคธาลัสซีเมีย เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 190 ราย ที่ได้มาจากการเลือกอย่างเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่ กำหนด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ 1) แบบสอบถามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ 3) แบบสอบกามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม และ4) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมสุขภาพได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และค่าความเที่ยงจากการคำนวณค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ของ แบบสอบถามส่วนที่ 2,3 และ4 มีค่าเท่ากับ.71, .79 และ.68 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ Chi- square ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า : 1. พฤติกรรมสุขภาพของเด็กวัยเรียนโรคธาสัลซีเมียมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 1.53 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน .21 (จากมาตราส่วน 3 ระดับ) 2. ลักษณะของครอบครัว มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพเด็กโรคธาลัสซีเมีย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .183) 3. ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของเด็ก วัยเรียนโรคธาลัสซีเมียอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .27 และ.49 ตามลำดับ) 4. การสนับสนุนทางสังคม สามารถพยากรณ์พฤติกรรมสุขภาพของเด็กวัยเรียนโรคธาสัสซีเมียได้ร้อยละ 24.1 (R2 = .241) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p< .05 ) สามารถสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ พฤติกรรมสุขภาพ = .491 (การสนับสนุนทางสังคม)

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were to study the relationship and predictor between personal factors, health belief, social support and health behavior of school-age children with thalassemia. The sample consisted of 190 school-age children with thalassemia selected by purposive sampling. The instruments were; 1) demographic questions 2) health belief 3) social support and 4) health behavior questionnaires and were tested for content validity by a panel of experts. The reliability of instruments by Cronbarch Alpha were .71, .79 and .68 respectively. The data were analyzed by using SPSS for mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression. Major findings were as follows: 1. Health behavior of school-age children with thalassemia was at high level mean score = 1.53, SD.=.21 (from the 3 levels scale) 2. The family characteristics were significantly correlated with health behavior of school - age children with thalassemia at the level of .05. (r = .183) 3. The health belief and social support were significantly correlated with health behavior of school -age children with thalassemia at the level of .05. (r = .27 and .49 respectively) 4. Social support was able to predict health behavior of school - age children with thalassemia at a level of .05. The predicted power was 24.1 percent of variance. (R²= .241 p < .05). The equation derived from the standardized score was: health behavior = .491 (social support)
