Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบเปรียบเทียบ 2 กลุ่ม ทำการทดสอบก่อนและหลังการทดลองโดยศึกษาประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยก่อนและสิ้นสุดการใช้โปรแกรมการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีมทางการพยาบาลและเปรียบเทียบผลของการใช้โปรแกรมการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีมทางการพยาบาลต่อประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองซึ่งใช้โปรแกรมการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีมทางการพยาบาล กับกลุ่มควบคุมซึ่งปฏิบัติงานตามปกติ กลุ่มทดลองคือ บุคลากรทางการพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรมกระดูกหญิง จำนวน 15 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม คือ บุคลากรทางการพยาบาลที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรมหญิง จำนวน 13 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการคัดเลือกอย่างเฉพาะเจาะจง ตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติที่กำหนด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง คือ โปรแกรมการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีม แผนการสอนและคู่มือการทำงานเป็นทีม แบบทดสอบความรู้การทำงานเป็นทีม แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการทำงานเป็นทีม เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ โดยมีสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .91 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. คะแนนเฉลี่ยประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยกลุ่มทดลอง เมื่อสิ้นสุดการใช้โปรแกรมการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีมทางการพยาบาล สูงกว่าก่อนใช้โปรแกรมการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีมทางการพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยที่ใช้โปรแกรมการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีมทางการพยาบาลสูงกว่าประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยที่ปฏิบัติงานตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purpose of this two groups pretest-posttest quasi experimental research were to study the effect of implement nursing teamwork developmental program on unit effectiveness. The experimental group consisted of fifteen nursing personnel at the female orthopedics unit and the control group consisted of thirteen nursing personnel at the female surgical unit, Bangkok Metropolitan Medical College and Vajira Hospital. Subjects were selected by purposive sampling and set criteria. Research instruments were the nursing teamwork developmental program, lesson plan, handbook of teamwork, test of nursing teamwork and teamwork observation checklist. Research data was obtained by the Questionnaire of Unit Effectiveness. The instruments were validated by a panel of experts. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the Unite Effectiveness Questionnaire was .91. Data were analysed by paired and independent t-tests. The results of this research were as follows: 1. Mean score for unit effectiveness of the experimental group after implementation of the nursing teamwork developmental program was significantly higher than before the intervention at p=.05. 2. The mean difference of unit effectiveness scores for the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group at p=.05.
