Abstract

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อนกับหลังได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจและสัมพันธ์ภาพเพื่อการบำบัด และเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจและสัมพันธภาพเพื่อการบำบัดกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยจิตเภทจำนวน 40 คน ซึ่งจัดแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่มในจำนวนที่เท่ากันคือ กลุ่มทดลอง 20 คน กลุ่มควบคุม 20 คน โดยการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์จากผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มาตรวจรักษา แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลสวนสราญรมย์ ซึ่งกลุ่มทดลองได้รับการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจและสัมพันธภาพเพื่อการบำบัด ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจและสัมพันธภาพเพื่อการบำบัด และแบบสัมภาษณ์คุณภาพชีวิต ซึ่งได้ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 7 ท่าน ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบวัดทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .90 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ทดสอบที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. คุณภาพชีวิตผู้ป่วยจิตเภทหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจและสัมพันธภาพเพื่อการบำบัดสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. คุณภาพชีวิตผู้ป่วยจิตเภทหลังการทดลองของกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจและสัมพันธภาพเพื่อการบำบัดสูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this study were to compare quality of life of schizophrenic patients before and after received empowerment and therapeutic relationship program, and to compare quality of life in schizophrenic patients who received the empowerment and therapeutic relationship program, and those who received regular caring activities. Forty patients were randomly assigned to control and experimental group. The experimental group received the empowerment and therapeutic relationship program, whereas the control group received regular nusing care activities. Research instruments were empowerment and therapeutic relationship program and quality of life scale which were developed by the researcher. These instruments were tested for content validity by a panel of 7 experts. the reliability of scale was .90. The t-test was used in data analysis. Major findings were as follows: 1. Quality of life of schizophrenic patients who received empowerment and therapeutic relationship program after the experiment was significantly higher than before experiment, at the .05 level. 2. After the experiment, quality of life of schizophrenic patients who received empowerment and therapeutic relationship program was significantly higher than those of patients who participated in regular caring activities, at the .05 level.
