Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาภาระของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชก่อนและหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจสำหรับผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวช กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชที่มารับบริการที่แผนกจิตเวช หอผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 26 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยซึ่งสร้างโดยผู้วิจัยมี 3 ชุด คือ 1) โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวช 2) แบบประเมินพลังอำนาจ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวช และ 3) แบบประเมินภาระการดูแลผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชเครื่องมือทั้ง 3 ชุด ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบประเมินพลังอำนาจเท่ากับ 0.89 และค่าความเที่ยงของแบบประเมินภาระการดูแล เท่ากับ 0.78 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญพบว่า 1. ภาระการดูแลโดยรวมของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวช ภายหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชน้อยกว่าก่อนใช้โปรแกรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 2. ภาระการดูแลเชิงจิตวิสัยของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวช ภายหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชน้อยกว่าก่อนใช้โปรแกรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 3. ภาระการดูแลเชิงอัตวิสัยของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวช ก่อนและหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวช ไม่แตกต่างกัน
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purpose of this research was to study the burden of psychiatric patient's caregivers before and after using Empowerment program. Research samples consisted of 26 psychiatric patient's caregivers attending psychiatric department, outpatient unit of Ayuthaya hospital. Three research instruments which were developed by the researcher were empowerment program for psychiatric patients' caregivers, empowerment appraisal scale and perceived caregiver burden assessment scale. All instrument were test for the validity by group of experts. The reliability of the latter two scale were 0.89 and 0.78 respectively. The statistical used in data analysis were t-test. The major results of this study were follow: 1. Burden of psychiatric patients' caregivers after receiving the empowerment program was significantly lower than before receiving the program, at the .01 level. 2. Subjective burden of psychiatric patients' caregivers after receiving the empowerment program was significantly lower than before receiving the program, at the .01 level. 3. Objective Burden of psychiatric patient's caregivers in experimental group before and after using empowerment program was not significantly difference.
