Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับสุขภาพของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหม ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่าง ผู้ตามที่เป็นแบบอย่างกับสุขภาพของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล และศึกษาตัวแปรที่ร่วมกันพยากรณ์สุขภาพของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล ตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหม จำนวน 317 คน จากประชากรทั้งสิ้น 1,833 คน สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่าง แบบสอบถามผู้ตามที่เป็นแบบอย่าง และแบบสอบถามสุขภาพของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล ได้ค่าความเที่ยง .98, .93 และ .96 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยแบบเข้าทีละตัว ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยสุขภาพของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหมตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลอยู่ในระดับสูง ([Mean] = 3.81) 2. ผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่าง มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับสุขภาพของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .688, p < .01) 3. ผู้ตามที่เป็นแบบอย่างมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับสุขภาพของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = 596, p < .01) 4. ตัวแปรที่ร่วมพยากรณ์สุขภาพของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหมได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .01) คือผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่าง และผู้ตามที่เป็นแบบอย่าง โดยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์สุขภาพของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล ได้ร้อยละ 56.00 (R[superscript 2] = .560) มีสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้ Z[subscript สุขภาพของกลุ่มงานการพยาบาล] = .521Z[subscript ผู้นำที่เป็นแบบอย่าง] + .338Z[subscript ผู้ตามที่เป็นแบบอย่าง]

The purposes of this research were to study the health of nursing department as perceived by staff nurses, hospitals under the jurisdiction of the ministry of defense, and to determine the relationships between exemplary leadership, exemplary followership and the health of nursing department. The research sample were 317 staff nurses, selected by stratified random sampling technique. The research intruments were exemplary leadership, exemplary followership and the health of nursing department questionnaires which were developed by the researcher and tested for content validity and reliability. The reliability of questionnaires were .98, .93 and .96 respectively. The data were analyzed to determine mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression. The major findings were as follows: 1. The mean score of the health of nursing department as perceived by staff nurses, hospitals under the jurisdiction of the ministry of defense was at the high level ([Mean] = 3.81). 2. Exemplary leadership and the health of nursing department as perceived by staff nurses were positive significantly related (r = .688; p < .01). 3. Exemplary followership and the health of nursing department as perceived by staff nurses were positive significantly related (r = .596; p < .01). 4. The multiple regression analysis revealed that 56.00 percent of the variance in the health of nursing department as perceived by staff nurses was explaned by exemplary leadership and exemplary followership (R[superscript 2] = .560, p < .01). The equation derived from the analysis as follow: Z[subscript HEALTH] = .512Z[subscript LEAD] + .338Z[subscript FOLLOW].
