Abstract
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาระและความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทของผู้ดูแล ก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการดูแลผู้ดูแลแบบองค์รวม และเปรียบเทียบภาระและความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทของผู้ดูแล ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามโปรแกรมการดูแลผู้ดูแลแบบองค์รวมกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท จำนวน 40 คน ซึ่งจัดแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมด้วยการจับคู่ตามระดับการศึกษาและความลัมพันธ์กับผู้ป่วย ได้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างกลุ่มละ 20 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับการดูแลตามโปรแกรมการดูแลแบบองค์รวม ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการดูแลตามปกติเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ โปรแกรมการดูแลผู้ดูแลแบบองค์รวม แบบวัดภาระ และแบบวัดความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ซึ่งได้ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนี้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 12 ท่าน ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบวัดทั้ง 2 ฉบับ เท่ากัน .93 และ .78 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ภาระในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทของผู้ดูแล หลังได้รับโปรแกรมการดูแลผู้ดูแลแบบองค์รวม ตํ่ากว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมการดูแลผู้ดูแลแบบองค์รวม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทของผู้ดูแล หลังได้รับโปรแกรมการดูแลผู้ดูแลแบบองค์รวมสูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมการดูแลผู้ดูแลแบบองค์รวม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ภาระในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทหลังการทดลองของผู้ดูแลกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการดูแลผู้ดูแลแบบองค์รวม ตํ่ากว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ความสามารถในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทหลังการทดลองของผู้ดูแลกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการดูแลผู้ดูแลแบบองค์รวม สูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purposes of this quasi-experimental research were to compare the burden and capabilities in caring for schizophrenic patients of caregivers before and after their participation in the holistic caregiver caring program, and to compare the burden and capabilities in caring for schizophrenic patients of the caregivers who participated in the holistic caring program and those who participated in regular caring activities. Research samples were 40 caregivers which were equally assigned into one experimental group and one control group by matching the educational level and their relationship with patients. Research instruments which were developed by the researcher were the holistic caring program for caregivers, the caregiver burden scale, and capabilities in caring for schizophrenic patients scale. The reliability of these scales were .93 and .78, respectively. The t-test was used in data analysis. Major findings were the following: 1. The burden in caring for schizophrenic patients of caregivers who participated in the holistic caring program, after the experiment was significantly lower than before the experiment, at the .05 level. 2. The capabilities in caring for schizophrenic patients of caregivers who participated in the holistic caring program, after the experiment was significantly higher than before the experiment, at the .05 level. 3. After the experiment, the burden in caring for schizophrenic patients of caregivers who participated in the holistic caring program was significantly lower than that of caregivers who participated in regular caring activities, at the .05 level. 4. After the experiment, the capabilities in caring for schizophrenic patients of caregivers who participated in the holistic caring program, was significantly higher than those of caregivers who participated in regular caring activities, at the .05 level.
