Abstract
ศึกษาพฤติกรรมทางเพศของผู้สูงอายุชายโรคหัวใจขาดเลือด และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความรุนแรงของโรค และความรู้เรื่องเพศ กับพฤติกรรมทางเพศ ของผู้สูงอายุชายโรคหัวใจขาดเลือด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจขาดเลือดเพศชายอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป ที่รับการตรวจรักษาที่คลินิกโรคหัวใจ แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลพระมงกุฎเกล้า จำนวน 120 ราย เลือกตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ชุด คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินความรุนแรงของโรค แบบทดสอบความรู้เรื่องเพศ และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมทางเพศ แบบประเมินความรุนแรงของโรค ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและความตรงตามสภาพ โดยแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญโรคหัวใจ 2 ท่าน แบบทดสอบความรู้เรื่องเพศและแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมทางเพศ ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตางตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 10 ท่าน และคำนวณค่าความเที่ยงได้เท่ากับ 0.78 และ 0.76 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าทดสอบไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ผู้สูงอายุชายโรคหัวใจขาดเลือดมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนพฤติกรรมทางเพศ ด้านพฤติกรรมที่ไม่มีการร่วมเพศ ด้านพฤติกรรมที่มีการร่วมเพศ และโดยรวม อยู่ในลักษณะคงเดิม 2. ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ และระยะเวลาเจ็บป่วย มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมทางเพศของผู้สูงอายุชายโรคหัวใจขาดเลือด อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ความรุนแรงของโรคมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมทางเพศ ด้านพฤติกรรมที่ไม่มีการร่วมเพศของผู้สูงอายุชายโรคหัวใจขาดเลือด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ความรู้เรื่องเพศมีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมทางเพศ ของผู้สูงอายุชายโรคหัวใจขาดเลือด อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
To study sexual behavior of male elderly with ischemic heart disease and relationships between personal factors, severity of disease, sexual knowledge and sexual behavior of male elderly with ischemic heart disease. The subjects of this study were 120 male elderly with ischemic heart disease selected by simple random sampling technique. The tools were composed of the personal factors questionaire, the severity of disease assessment, the sexual knowledge test and the sexual behavior questionaire. The reliability of the sexual knowledge test and the sexual behavior questionaire coefficient were 0.78 and 0.76. The statistics used in this study were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Chi-square test. The results of this study were as follow: 1. The sexual behavior of male elderly with ischemic heart disease was in the same style. 2. There were no significant relationships between age, educational level, income, period of illness and sexual behavior of male elderly with ischemic heart disease at .05 level. 3. There was a significant relationship between severity of disease and non-sexual behavior type of male elderly with ischemic heart disease at .05 level. 4. There was no significant relationship between sexual knowledge and sexual behavior of male elderly with ischemic heart disease at .05 level.
