Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาศึกษาความชุกของภาวะซึมเศร้าและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะซึมเศร้าในผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 375 คน วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) รวมทั้งศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะซึมเศร้ากับปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องในผุ้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และแบบวัดโรคซึมเศร้าในประเทศไทย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistics) และสถิติวิเคราะห์ (Analytic Statistics) เช่น ร้อยละ ไคสแควร์ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (SPSS for Window version 11.5) ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความชุกของภาวะซึมเศร้าในผู้ป่วยเบาหวานคิดเป็นร้อยละ 12.3 และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ อายุมากกว่า 60 ปี สถาพภาพหย่าร้างและเป็นหม้าย มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับซึมเศร้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ปัจจัยทำนายเช่น โรคหัวใจ ภาวะแทรกซ้อนและปัญหาทางจิตสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะซึมเศร้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
This is a descriptive study to survey the prevalence rates and related factors of Depression in Diabetes mellitus patients at outpatient department of community hospitals in Nakornpathom province by stratified random sampling. The subjects were severed by Thai Depression measurement (HRSR) and analytic by SPSS. The findings are as follows, prevalent rate of depression 12.3% the related factors to Depression that significant at the level of .01 and .05 as follows are older than 60 years old, divorce, widows, lower salary and heart disease, has complication, family and economic problems.
