Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาบทบาทที่คาดหวังและความขัดแย้งเกี่ยวกับบทบาทที่คาดหวัง ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ในการวิจัยที่ตอบแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 58 คน หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา 268 คน และครู - อาจารย์ 378 คน จากโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 68 โรง แบบสอบถามแบ่งออกเป็น 6 ประเด็น ตามงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ได้แก่ 1) งานวิชาการ 2) งานธุรการ 3) งานปกครองนักเรียน 4) งานบริการ 5) งานโรงเรียนกับชุมชน และ 6) งานบริหารทั่วไป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา และอาจารย์มีความคาดหวังต่อบทบาท การบริหารงานในหน้าที่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดใหญ่ สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออก เฉียงเหนือแตกต่างกัน ในส่วนของความขัดแย้งเกี่ยวกับบทบาทที่คาดหวังของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพบว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความขัดแย้งเกี่ยวกับบทบาทในการบริหารงานทั้ง 6 ด้าน
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purpose of this study was to study the expected role and conflicts concerning expected role of large secondary school administrators under the jurisdiction of the department of general education in northeastern region. The study sample consisted of 58 secondary school administrators, 268 department heads, and 378 school teachers who were answered the questionnaire from all 68 schools. The questionnaire form used in this study was divided according to the 6 task areas, namely, 1) academic affairs, 2) business affairs, 3) student personnel activities, 4) service affairs, 5) school- community relations, and 6) general administration. The results of the study indicated that the secondary school administrators, department heads, and school teachers disagreed in rating the expected role of large secondary school administrators under the jurisdiction of the department of general education in northeastern region and the study also showed that secondary school administrators had role conflicts in all 6 task areas.
