Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพี่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรง เรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา และ เปรียบ เทียบความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูที่สอน เฉพาะระดับ ประถมศึกษา ครูที่สอน เฉพาะระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นและครูที่สอนทั้งสองระดับชั้น ในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส ทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัด เขตการศึกษา 7 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง โดยผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 372 ฉบับ ได้รับกลับ 335 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 90.05 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS/PC + เพื่อคำนวณค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และ เปรียบเทียบรายคู่ตามวิธีของ เซฟเฟ่ (Scheffé) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูในโรง เรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษามีความพึงพอใจน้อย 2. ในภาพรวมของความพึงพอใจทุกด้าน ครูในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา มีความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แต่เมื่อพิจารณา เป็นรายด้านพบว่า 2.1 ด้านการได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ ครูที่สอนเฉพาะระดับประถมศึกษา และครูที่สอน ทั้งสองระดับชั้นมีความพึงพอใจแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2.2 ด้านตัวงานหรือลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติ ครูที่สอนเฉพาะระดับประถมศึกษา มีความพึงพอใจแตกต่างกันกับครูที่สอน เฉพาะระดับมัธยมศึกษาและครูที่สอนทั้งสองระดับชั้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objectives of this research were to study the job satisfaction of teachers in educational opportunity expansion schools under the jurisdiction of the office of The Provincial Primary Education, Educational Region seven, and to compare the job satisfaction between teachers who teach at only primary level, only secondary level and both levels. The instrument used in this research was questionnaire constructed by the researcher. The total of 372 questionnaires were sent to samples, and the .335 returned questionnaires or 90.05 percents were analyzed by using SPSS/PC+ software for calculating percentage, arithematic mean, standard deviation, one way analysis of variance, and multiple range test by Scheffé Procedure. The findings of the research were as follows : 1. Teachers' job satisfaction was found to be low satisfaction. 2. There was no statistically significant difference on overall factors of job satisfaction among the three groups of teachers. But in each factor statistically significant differences were found only the followings; 2.1 Recognition factor between teachers who teach at both levels and teachers who teach at only primary level. 2.2 Work itself factor between teachers who teach at both level and who teach at only primary level, and between teachers who teach at only secondary level and who teach at only primary level.
