Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองดี สำหรับลูกเสือชาวบ้าน 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองดี สำหรับลูกเสือชาวบ้านที่พัฒนาขึ้นทางด้านความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรม 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริม และปัญหาอุปสรรคที่มีผลต่อโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น โดยแบ่งการดำเนินการวิจัยเป็น 3 ขั้นตอนตามวัตถุประสงค์ กับ ลูกเสือชาวบ้าน จำนวน 60 คน โดยแบ่งออกเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 30 คนและกลุ่มควบคุม 30 คน โดยวิเคราะห์ผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ด้วยค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) โปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความพลเมืองดีสำหรับ ลูกเสือชาวบ้านที่พัฒนาขึ้น แบ่งออกเป็น 5 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ คือ มีความจงรักภักดีต่อชาติ ศาสนา และพระมหากษัตริย์ เคารพกฎระเบียบของสังคม มีความซื่อสัตย์ ยึดมั่นในอุดมการณ์ มีเกียรติเชื่อถือได้ไม่เห็นแก่ประโยชน์ส่วนตนเป็นผู้ผลิต และผู้บริโภคที่ดี ยอมรับความคิดเห็นของผู้อื่นที่ดีกว่า อดทนต่อความขัดแย้ง แสดงความเห็นอย่างมีเหตุผล สามารถพึ่งตนเองได้ มีจิตสาธารณะ เต็มใจช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นเสมอ กล้าเสนอตนเป็นตัวแทน 2) โปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนที่พัฒนาขึ้น เสริมสร้างความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมการเป็นพลเมืองดีสำหรับลูกเสือชาวบ้านให้สูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริมโปรแกรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น คือ ความชัดเจนและครอบคลุมของวัตถุประสงค์ นำเนื้อหาไปใช้ได้จริง กิจกรรมสร้างบันดาลใจในการเป็นพลเมืองดี การจัดบรรยากาศให้เกิดความรู้สึกยอมรับกัน และความน่าสนใจของสื่อ ปัญหาอุปสรรค คือ ความเหมาะสมของเวลา สภาพความพร้อมของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ความสามารถในการเรียนรู้ และความแตกต่างกันของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this study were to: 1) develop a non-formal education program for enhancing the good citizenship for civil boy scouts; 2) implement a program and study of knowledge, attitude and skill related to the good citizenship and 3) study the supporting factors and the problems which effect the non-formal education program. The research methodology was divided into 3 steps according to the objectives. The samples were 60 civil boy scouts aged between 25 to over 55 years old, 30 were in the experimental group and 30 were in the controlled group. The data was analyzed by using the pre-post-test. Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and t-test were used to analyze the quantitative data while content analysis was used to analyze the dialogue of the experimental group. The major findings were as follows:1) the non-formal education program for enhancing good citizenship was divided into 5 units: national loyalty, religion and king, law and social rules abidingness, honesty, ideology, trusty, magnanimity, good producer and consumer, self-sufficiency; 2) the developed program enhanced participants’ knowledge, attitude and behaviors at the highest levels; 3) the supporting factors were clearness and coverage objectives, practically contents, inspiring learning activities, learning atmosphere and interesting learning media, the problems were lacking of time, learners readiness, learning ability, differences among the learners.
