Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค 1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะความเป็นมืออาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ของโรงเรียนในโครงการหนึ่งอำเภอหนึ่งโรงเรียนในฝัน ในกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูของโรงเรียนในโครงการหนึ่งอำเภอหนึ่งโรงเรียนในฝัน ในกรุงเทพมหานครเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะความเป็นมืออาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 45 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างครู 338 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้ค่าสถิติ t-test โดยกรอบแนวคิดที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยคุณลักษณะความเป็นมืออาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 6 คุณลักษณะ คือ 1) การเป็นผู้นำที่มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ในตนเองและระหว่างบุคคล 2) การเป็นผู้นำด้านการจัดระบบ 3) การเป็นผู้นำด้านวิชาการ 4) การเป็นผู้นำด้านการบริหารจัดการ 5) การเป็นผู้นำด้านสังคมและชุมชน และ 6) การเป็นผู้นำการพัฒนาตนเองในเชิงบริหาร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณลักษณะความเป็นมืออาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวม พบว่าผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนครูมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. เปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะความเป็นมืออาชีพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู พบว่า ทั้งภาพรวมและรายคุณลักษณะมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purposes of this research were: 1) To study the professional characteristics of administrators in schools in the lab schools project in Bangkok and. 2) To compare the opinion of school administrators and teachers regarding the characteristics of administrators in schools in the lab schools project in Bangkok. The sample consisted of 45 school administrators and 338 teachers;, qustionnaires were used to collect data and, all data were analyzed for percentage, mean, standard deviation and using a t-test. The framework of this research consisted of 6 professional characteristics of administrators in schools : 1) interpersonal and ethical leadership, 2) systematic leadership, 3) instructional leadership, 4) organizational leadership, 5) community and social leadership, and 6) personal effectiveness leadership. The study resulted in the following findings: 1. All professional characteristics of administrators perceived by the administrators were at the highest level and for teachers, it was also at a high level. 2. The comparison of professional characteristics of administrators in schools by the school administrators and teachers, both overall and individually, were found to be significantly different at the .05 level of significance.
