Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความจำเป็นต้องการการพัฒนาวิชาการสำหรับพยาบาลวิชาชีพในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต ด้านการพยาบาลทั่วไป การพยาบาลเฉพาะ การบริหารงานและการวิจัยทางการพยาบาล และเปรียบเทียบระดับความจำเป็นต้องการการพัฒนาวิชาการสำหรับพยาบาลวิชาชีพในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานและการได้รับการศึกษาอบรมเพิ่มเติมในโรงพยาบาลเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต จำนวน 252 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบทดสอบที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความจำเป็นต้องการการพัฒนาวิชาการสำหรับพยาบาลวิชาชีพในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤต โดยภาพรวม ด้านการพยาบาลเฉพาะและด้านการวิจัยทางการพยาบาลอยู่ในระดับ “ปานกลาง" ส่วนความจำเป็น ต้องการการพัฒนาวิชาการ ด้านการพยาบาลทั่วไปและการบริหารงานอยู่ในระดับ “น้อย" 2. ความจำเป็นต้องการการพัฒนาวิชาการสำหรับพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยพยาบาลที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 1 ปี มีความจำเป็นต้องการการพัฒนาวิชาการ “มากกว่า" พยาบาลที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 4 -5 ปี 3. ความจำเป็นต้องการการพัฒนาวิชาการสำหรับพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ในหอผู้ป่วยวิกฤตในรายด้าน จำแนกตามการได้รับการศึกษาอบรมเพิ่มเติม มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 กล่าวคือ ความจำเป็นต้องการการพัฒนาวิชาการ ด้านการพยาบาลเฉพาะของพยาบาลที่ไม่ได้รับการศึกษาอบรมเพิ่มเติมด้านการพยาบาลเฉพาะ “มากกว่า" พยาบาลที่ได้รับการศึกษาอบรมเพิ่มเติม
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purpose of this research were to study of academic development needs for professional nurses in critical care units in Bangkok metropolitan area concerning general nursing care, special nursing care, management and nursing research and to compare the academic development needs classified by experience and training. The subjects were 252 nurses. The instrument was developed by the researcher. The major findings were as follow: 1.The academic development needs for professional nurses in critical care units as a whole concerning special nursing care and nursing research were at “moderate" level, but in general nursing care and management there were at “low" level. 2. The academic development needs for professional nurses in critical care units classified by experience were statistically significant different at .05 level. Critical care nurses who had 1 year experience had more academic development needs than critical care nurses who had 4 -5 years experience. 3. The academic development needs for professional nurses in critical care units classified by training were statistically significant different at .01 level. Critical care nurses who had no training in special nursing care had more academic development needs in special nursing care than nurses who had training.
