Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง สองกลุ่มวัดผลภายหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการปฏิบัติตนก่อนการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ในบุคคลกลุ่มเสี่ยงโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่ ที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้ก่อนการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ (2) เปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติตนก่อนการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ในบุคคลกลุ่มเสี่ยงโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้ก่อนการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่และกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ บุคคลกลุ่มเสี่ยงโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่วัยผู้ใหญ่อายุ 18 - 59 ปี เข้ารับการส่องกล้องที่โรงพยาบาลสุรินทร์จำนวน 44 คน จัดเข้าเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมกลุ่มละ 22 คน และจับคู่ด้วยเพศ อายุ และระดับการศึกษา สำหรับกลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้ในการปฏิบัติตนก่อนการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองได้แก่ โปรแกรมการให้ความรู้ในการปฏิบัติตนก่อนการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ประกอบไปด้วยกิจกรรม 3 ระยะ จำนวน 4 ครั้ง ได้แก่ 1) ประเมินความต้องการการเรียนรู้ 2) วางแผนการเรียนรู้ 3) ให้ความรู้ และประเมินผลการสอน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้ 1) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบวัดการปฏิบัติตนก่อนการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบวัดการปฏิบัติตนก่อนการส่องกล้องใหญ่ มีค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.92 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.80 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการทดสอบค่า Mann-Whitney U test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บุคคลกลุ่มเสี่ยงโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่ที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้ก่อนการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ สามารถปฏิบัติตนภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรม มีจำนวน 2 ข้อ ที่ปฏิบัติได้น้อยที่สุดจำนวน 17 คนคิดเป็น ร้อยละ 77.3 และมีจำนวน 13 ข้อที่ปฏิบัติได้ 22 คน คิดเป็น ร้อยละ 100 2) การปฏิบัติตนก่อนการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ในบุคคลกลุ่มเสี่ยงโรคมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่กลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้ก่อนการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ มีการปฏิบัติตนดีกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The study is quasi-experimental research, posttest only design and aimed to (1) study of the self-practice before underwent colonoscopy in persons with colorectal cancer risk who received the health teaching program and (2) compare the self-practice before underwent colonoscopy in persons with colorectal cancer risk who received the health teaching program and those who received conventional nursing care. The sample group is persons with colorectal cancer risk in the range of age between 18 – 59 years old who was undergoing colonoscopy at Surin provincial hospital, Thailand. The samples were consisted of 44 patients and assigned to the control and experimental groups (22 persons for each group). They were matched by gender, age and education level. The experimental group received the health teaching program which consist of 1) assess and define learning need 2) planning 3) implement teaching plan and 4) evaluation of health teaching and the control group received the conventional nursing care. Data was collected by 1) the demographic data form, 2) Self-practice questionnaire before underwent colonoscopy . The content validity index of these questionnaires was 0.92 and Kuder Richardson's reliability index was 0.80. Descriptive statistics and Mann-Whitney U test were used in the data analysis. The study found that 1) After receiving the health teaching program before underwent colonoscopy, 17 persons (77.3%) answered 2 items with the least number of self-practices and 22 persons (100 %) answered 13 items with totally completed number of self- practices. 2) The mean score of self-practice in persons with colorectal cancer risk who received health teaching program were higher than the control
