Abstract

การวางผังเฉพาะพื้นที่ริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาในเขตอำเภอพระนครศรีอยุธยา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการกำหนดลักษณะทางกายภาพที่เหมาะสมกับพื้นที่ริมแม่น้ำ ซึ่งพิจารณาลักษณะกายภาพที่เด่นของพื้นที่ เพื่อรักษาสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดี ควบคุมการพัฒนาให้เหมาะสมกับพื้นที่ที่มีคุณค่าทางประวัติศาสตร์ รวมทั้งการวางแผนการใช้ที่ดินที่สอดคล้องกันระหว่างชุมชนพักอาศัยกับนักท่องเที่ยว โดยบริเวณพื้นที่ริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาจะถูกกำหนดให้เป็นเขตผังเมืองเฉพาะ อันเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาพื้นที่เพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวของชุมชนในอนาคต ขั้นตอนในการศึกษาจะเป็นการใช้ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิมาประกอบกับข้อมูลปฐมภูมิ และจากการสำรวจในพื้นที่ ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นลักษณะทางกายภาพเป็นหลัก และข้อมูลอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ทราบถึงภาพรวมในปัจจุบัน ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น ศักยภาพและแนวโน้มในอนาคต ศึกษาหลักการและทฤษฎีในการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาพื้นที่ชุมชน ศูนย์กลางในการให้บริการระหว่างชุมชนพักอาศัยกับนักท่องเที่ยวให้เชื่อมโยงสัมพันธ์กัน เพื่อกำหนดย่านการใช้ที่ดิน กิจกรรม และควบคุมลักษณะทางกายภาพ สิ่งปลูกสร้างในพื้นที่ให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพแวดล้อมและนโยบายในการพัฒนา ผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่า แนวโน้มการเจริญเติบโตของพื้นที่ศึกษาเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว เนื่องจากมีการขยายตัวของชุมชนออกไปตามเส้นทางคมนาคมเป็นแบบเส้นยาว โดยเฉพาะบริเวณถนนสายหลักและตามลำน้ำ อันจะก่อให้เกิดปัญหาในภายหลัง จากการศึกษาได้ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อกำหนดแนวทางในการพัฒนา ดังนี้คือ กำหนดผังการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินและกิจกรรมสำหรับชุมชนพักอาศัยและนักท่องเที่ยว รวมถึงการจัดศูนย์กลางย่อยเพื่อกิจกรรมของชุมชนและตอบสนองการท่องเที่ยว โดยให้มีความสัมพันธ์กันในระยะทางและการให้บริการที่ทั่วถึง พร้อมทั้งเสนอแนะการวางโครงข่ายระบบการจราจร การระบายน้ำ ระบบสาธารณูปโภค สาธารณูปการ ให้สามารถอำนวยประโยชน์แก่ชุมชน อีกทั้งเสนอแนะข้อกำหนดในการวางผังและมาตรการในการควบคุมอาคารและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง ซึ่งจะเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสภาพภูมิทัศน์ในพื้นที่ศึกษา

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The research entitled "The Specific Plan for the Chao Phaya Riverline in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District" aims to propose practical guidelines to determine dominant physical condition which are proper for the riverline. It involes environment preservation, development control in historical points, and plan of land use of local communities and visitors in order to serve community expansion in the future. The research procedure dealt with both primary and secondary data, and geographical survey. It emphasized on the studies of physical conditions and other related information to illustrate the present nature, problems and possiblities for developing the riverline. This study was completely under rationales and theories in community development and preservation as service centers for both local communities and tourists. The results of this research would recommend the management of land uses, activities including physical and human-built surroundings in the light of environment and development policies. The findings show that the riverline areas have rapidly grown because of linear development in the communites, particularly, in main road and riverline areas. This growth probably causes some further problems. Therefore, the study recommends some beneficial guidelines for the development with the specific plan of the land uses and activities of the native and visiting people in the main center as well as in sub centers. The plan can provide adequate services in these regions, for example, traffic system, drainage, infrastructure, and other facilities, Moreover, this research suggests some determinations for the plan and building regulations which directly relate to the riverline landscape.
