Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มุ่งเน้นศึกษาการประเมินดัชนีความเชื่อถือได้และอัตราค่าพลังงานไฟฟ้าดับในระบบจำหน่ายไฟฟ้าโดยคำนึงถึงสถิติและลักษณะการทำงานของอุปกรณ์แต่ละชนิดด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์โดยอาศัยหลักการมินิมัลคัตเซตและเทคนิคความสัมพันธ์ของเมตริกซ์ ทำให้สามารถคำนวณค่าดัชนีได้อย่างถูกต้อง นอกจากนี้ยังได้ศึกษาความไวของอัตราค่าพลังงานไฟฟ้าดับและดัชนีความเชื่อถือได้ที่มีต่ออัตราการล้มเหลวและระยะเวลาการเกิดไฟฟ้าดับของอุปกรณ์ ผลการศึกษาทำให้ทราบถึงความเชื่อถือได้ของระบบจำหน่ายไฟฟ้าซึ่งวัดอยู่ในรูปของค่าดัชนีความเชื่อถือถือได้ เช่น ค่าดัชนี SAIFI, SAIDI, CAIDI และอื่นๆ อีกทั้งสามารถประเมินอัตราค่าพลังงานไฟฟ้าดับของระบบจำหน่ายไฟฟ้านั้นๆ ได้ จากผลการวิเคราะห์ทำให้ทราบว่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงอัตราการล้มเหลวของอุปกรณ์ไม่ทำให้ค่าดัชนี CAIDI และอัตราค่าพลังงานไฟฟ้าดับเปลี่ยนแปลง สำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงระยะเวลาที่เกิดการขัดข้องของอุปกรณ์จะส่งผลต่อค่าดัชนี CAIDI และอัตราค่าพลังงานไฟฟ้าดับ ความเชื่อถือได้ของระบบขึ้นกับอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้และลักษณะการเชื่อมต่อของอุปกรณ์ วิธีการดังกล่าวได้ถูกนำไปใช้พัฒนาโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ ซึ่งได้ผ่านการทดสอบกับรับบ RBTS ที่ทดสอบการคำนวณค่าดัชนีความเชื่อถือได้และโปรแกรมดังกล่าวยังใช้ประกอบการศึกษาดัชนีความเชื่อถือได้และอัตราค่าพลังงานไฟฟ้าดับภายในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมตัวอย่างของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (กฟภ.) อีกด้วย

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This thesis emphasizes on an evaluation of reliability indices and interrupted energy rates (IER) in distribution systems taking into account statistical operating performance of all equipments. The matrix relationship and minimum cut set techniques are used in the calculation. They the sensitivity analysis of failure rate and outage time having impacts on reliability indices and IER are calculated. The reliability of distribution system is presented in various form of indices, e.g. SAIFI, SAIDI, CAIDI, etc. From the analysis, CAIDI and interrupted energy rate are independent from failure rate of equipment but depending on outage time of equipment. The results also illustrate that the reliability of distribution system depends on equipment and configuration of the distribution system. A computer program using the proposed method has been developed and tested with the RBTS system. The program has also been used in the study of reliability indices and IER of distribution system in industrial estates of the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA).
