Abstract

ประเมินระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติอินโนแพค ในเครือข่ายห้องสมุดจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ซึ่งประกอบด้วยระบบงานหลัก 11 ระบบ คือ ระบบงานจัดหาทรัพยากร ระบบงานสิ่งพิมพ์ต่อเนื่อง ระบบงานทำรายการ ระบบงานควบคุมแฟ้มหลักฐาน ระบบงานยืม-คืน ระบบงานยืม-คืนระหว่างห้องสมุด ระบบงานหนังสือสำรอง ระบบงานสืบค้นรายการออนไลน์ ระบบงานค้นรายการออนไลน์รูปแบบกราฟิก ระบบงานจัดการระบบ และระบบงานโอนถ่ายแฟ้มข้อมูล โดยเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการทำงานที่กำหนดไว้ในแต่ละระบบ กับความสามารถในการทำงานระบบตามทัศนะของผู้มีสิทธิ์ใช้ระบบ สมมุติฐานมีดังนี้คือ ระบบงานทุกระบบในระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติอินโนแพค ที่ใช้ในเครือข่ายห้องสมุดจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย สามารถทำได้ตามทัศนะของผู้มีสิทธิ์ใช้งานมากกว่า 80 เปอร์เซ็นต์ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับความสามารถของระบบ วิธีวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจโดยส่งแบบสอบถามไปให้บรรณารักษ์ นักเอกสารสนเทศและเจ้าหน้าที่ ผู้มีสิทธิ์ใช้งานระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติอินโนแพค ในเครือข่ายห้องสมุดจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จำนวน 168 คน ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมาวิเคราะห์ได้ 156 ฉบับ (92.86%) ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ปฏิบัติงานมีความเชื่อมั่นว่าระบบงานหลัก 10 ระบบในห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติอินโนแพค ที่ใช้ในเครือข่ายห้องสมุดจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย สามารถทำงานได้ตามทัศนะมากกว่า 80 เปอร์เซ็นต์ เมื่อเทียบกับความสามารถของระบบ ยกเว้นระบบสิ่งพิมพ์ต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 79.96 เปอร์เซ็นต์

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To evaluate the INNOPAC automated library system in Chulalongkorn University Library Network with consists of 11 modules : Acquisitions module, Serials module, Cataloging module, Authority control module, Circulation module, Interlibrary loan module, Reserve book room module, Online public access catalong module, Web OPAC module, system management module to the actual ability in the staffs' view. The hypothesis was all modules in the INNOPAC automated library system in Chulongkorn University Library Network are able to be used more than eighty percent in the staffs' view comparing to the system's specification. The survey research method was employed. The questionnaires were distributed to 168 librarians, information specialists, and officials who have the right authorize to INNOPAC automated library system in Chulalongkorn University Library Network. One hundred and fifty-six questionnaires (92.86%) were returned and analyzed. The research results showed that the staffs have confidence more than eighty percent in 10 modules of the INNOPAC automated library system in Chulalongkorn University Library Network except serials module that is trusted about 79.96 percent.
