Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรูปแบบการสื่อสาร และปัจจัยทางประชากร กับความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจในสังกัดกระทรวงคมนาคม ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษานี้ มีจำนวนทั้งสิน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ แบบเพียร์สัน ค่าสถิตั t - test และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ประมวลผลโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS /PC ผลการวิจัยมีดังต่อไปนี้ 1. รูปแบบการสื่อสารของพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจในสังกัดกระทรวงคมนาคม ทั้งการสื่อสารแบบ เป็นทางการ และการสื่อสารสองทาง อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. พนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจส่วนใหญ่ มีความพึงพอใจในการทำงานในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีความพึงพอใจในด้านความมั่นคงในงานมากที่สุด ส่วนในด้านเงินเดือนนั้น มีความพึงพอใจน้อยที่สุด 3. การสื่อสารสองทาง มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน การสื่อสารแบบเป็นทางการ ไม่มีความ สัมพันธ์กับส่วนใหญ่ของความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน ยกเว้นการยอมรับนับถือจากผู้บังคับบัญชาและเพื่อนร่วมงาน 4. พนักงานที่มีความแตกต่างกัน ด้านเพศ อายุ ระดับตำแหน่ง (ซี ) ระยะเวลาในการทำงาน และระดับเงินเดือน มีความพึงพอใจในการทำงานแตกต่างกัน ระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจในการทำงานไม่แตกต่างกัน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between communication pattern | demographic factors and job satisfaction of employees of state enterprises under Ministry of Transport and Communications. Questionnaires were used to collect data from a total of 400 samples. Percentage | Means, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient | t - test and ANOVA were used for the analysis of the data . SPSS / PC program was employed for data processing. The results of this research were as follows : 1. Both formal communication and two - way communication of employees of state enterprises under ministry of transport and communications were found to be at the medium level. 2. Most employees had job satisfaction at the medium level. They were most satisfied with job security. And they were least satisfied with salary. 3. A relationship was found between two - way communication and job satisfaction. No relationship was found between formal communication and most items of job satisfaction except the recognition of superiors and peers. 4. Employees different in sex 1 age 1 rank 1 length of work and salary had different job satisfaction. Difference in education level did not cause difference in job satisfaction.
