Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความต้องการข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพการเปิดรับข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพ ความพึงพอใจข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพที่ได้รับจากเว็บไซต์สุขภาพ และความน่าเชื่อถือของเว็บไซต์สุขภาพ กับการใช้ประโยชน์ข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพจากเว็บไซต์สุขภาพของผู้ใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจำนวน 400 คน และใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ซึ่งประมวลผลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS for Windows ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ความต้องการข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้ประโยชน์ข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพจากเว็บไซต์สุขภาพของผู้ใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 2. การเปิดรับข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้ประโยชน์ข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพจากเว็บไซต์สุขภาพของผู้ใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 3. ความพึงพอใจข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพที่ได้รับจากเว็บไซต์มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้ประโยชน์ข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพจากเว็บไซต์สุขภาพของผู้ใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 4. ความน่าเชื่อถือของเว็บไซต์ด้านสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้ประโยชน์ข่าวสารด้านสุขภาพจากเว็บไซต์สุขภาพของผู้ใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purpose of this research was to examine the correlation between need, exposure, satisfaction, Websites' credibility and the uses of health information in health Websites among internet users in Bangkok. Questionnaires were used to collect the data from a total of 400 samples. Frequency, percentage, mean and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient were employed for the analysis of the data. SPSS for Windows was used for data processing. The results were as follows: 1. Need did not correlate with the uses of health information in health Websites among internet users in Bangkok. 2. Health information exposure correlated with the uses of health information in health Websites among internet users in Bangkok. 3. Satisfaction with health information correlated with the uses of health information in health Websites among internet users in Bangkok. 4. Credibility of health Websites correlated with the uses of health information in health Websites among internet users in Bangkok.
