Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารโรงเรียนระบบทวิศึกษาตามแนวคิดหลักสูตรการศึกษาเชื่อมโยงสู่อาชีพ 2) ศึกษาการบริหารโรงเรียนที่ใช้หลักสูตรการศึกษาเชื่อมโยงสู่อาชีพ และ3) พัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนระบบทวิศึกษาตามแนวคิดหลักสูตรการศึกษาเชื่อมโยงสู่อาชีพ ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างสำหรับข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ คือ โรงเรียนระบบทวิศึกษา สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ รวมจำนวน 226 โรงเรียน มีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น และกลุ่มตัวอย่างสำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ คือ โรงเรียนที่ใช้หลักสูตรการการศึกษาเชื่อมโยงสู่อาชีพ 1 โรงเรียน โดยการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการและผู้ประสานงานหลักสูตร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของนวัตกรรม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ด้วยการใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนี PNImodified วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์แบบอุปนัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของโรงเรียนระบบทวิศึกษามีการบริหารตามแนวคิดหลักสูตรการศึกษาเชื่อมโยงสู่อาชีพ ในระดับมาก 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านการประเมินผล ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และมีระดับปานกลาง 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการประเมินผล และในระดับมาก 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร 2) การบริหารโรงเรียนตามแนวคิดหลักสูตรการศึกษาเชื่อมโยงสู่อาชีพ ประกอบด้วย 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร มีวิชาสามัญ วิชาหลักด้านอาชีพ และการฝึกงานวิชาเลือกด้านอาชีพ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนยังคงเน้นด้านวิชาการ แต่ผู้เรียนจะต้องเลือกเรียนวิชาปฏิบัติด้วย และด้านการประเมินผล แบ่งความรับผิดชอบเป็นสองส่วนจากองค์กรไอบีและหน่วยงานต้นสังกัดของวิชาอาชีพ 3) นวัตกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียนระบบทวิศึกษาตามแนวคิดหลักสูตรการศึกษาเชื่อมโยงสู่อาชีพ คือ นวัตกรรมการบริหารโรงเรียน"เข็มทิศอาชีพ 3C" ประกอบไปด้วย 3 ส่วนคือ (1) การจัดหลักสูตรอาชีพ โดยเกิดจากความร่วมมือของโรงเรียนกับสถานประกอบการและหรือองค์กร สถาบันต่างๆ ประกอบด้วยวิชาสามัญและวิชาอาชีพ (2) การจัดการเรียนการสอนอาชีพแบบร่วมมือ เป็นการปฏิบัติการร่วมกันระหว่างสถานศึกษากับสถานประกอบการหน่วยงานและ/หรือสถาบันโดยจัดการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการ มีการกำหนดเวลา ภาระการสอนของสถานศึกษาและสถานประกอบการร่วมกัน และ (3) การประเมินผลอาชีพแบบมีทิศทาง เป็นการประเมินทั้งผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและผลลัพธ์ทางการเรียนรู้
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
This research sought to 1) explore the current and desirable state for dual system school management based on the concept of Career-related Programme; 2) study the management of schools based on the concept of Career-related Programme; and 3) develop innovations in dual system school management based on the concept of Career-related Programme. The study applied a mixed-method approach. The sample group for quantitative data comprised 226 dual system schools under the supervision of the Office of the Basic Education Commission and randomized with a stratified random sampling technique. For qualitative research, the sample group was an international school with a career-related program, selected via purposive sampling. Key informants included 2 school administrators and 1 curriculum coordinator. The research instruments included a questionnaire, an interview form and an evaluation form to assess the feasibility and appropriateness of innovation. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, standard deviation, PNImodified and analytic induction. The research results show the following findings. 1) The current state of dual system school management has been implemented to a high degree in matters related to evaluation, teaching and learning and to a moderate degree in curriculum development. The desirable state sees the evaluation aspect at the highest level, while teaching and learning as well as curriculum development have reached a high level. 2) School Management based on the concept of Career-related Programme has 3 aspects. First aspect is curriculum development which comprises common and core-career subjects along with a selective career training subject. Second aspect is teaching and learning management primarily focusing on academic studies. However, students are required to choose practical subjects. The last aspect is evaluation. It is responsible by International Baccalaureate organization and agencies for career selective subject. 3) Dual-System School Management Innovation based on the Concept of Career-related Pregramme is school management innovation: Career - Collaborated Compass 3C. It comprises 3 main concepts (1) CAREER curriculum development through a collaboration between the school and external organizations, covering both common and career subjects; (2) COLLABORATED career teaching and learning, carried out through both the school and external businesses, organizations, or institutions in an integrated manner with joint management of time and work load; and (3) CAREER compass evaluation, which evaluates both learning achievement and outcome.
