Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน การมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ผู้ปกครอง และความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพพึงประสงค์ของการบริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนตามแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองและความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ 3) วิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาสและภาวะคุกคามของการบริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนตามแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองและความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ และ 4) พัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนตามแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองและความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ โดยดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้วิธีแบบ Exploratory Sequential Mixed Method Design เก็บข้อมูลจากสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชน จำนวน 143 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหาร ครู/อาจารย์ และนักเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี PNImodified และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนประกอบด้วยการบริหารวิชาการและการบริหารกิจการนักเรียน กรอบแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองประกอบด้วย การร่วมสร้างบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ที่บ้าน การร่วมเป็นอาสาสมัครที่โรงเรียน และการร่วมตัดสินใจในการดำเนินการของโรงเรียน และกรอบแนวคิดความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ ประกอบด้วย ทักษะทางเทคนิคในการทำงานเฉพาะด้าน ทักษะทางพฤติกรรม และทักษะทางสติปัญญา 2) สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนด้านการบริหารวิชาการ เมื่อจำแนกตามแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนตามแนวคิดความต้องการของสถานประกอบการอยู่ในระดับมาก ในขณะที่สภาพปัจจุบันของด้านการบริหารกิจการนักเรียนทั้ง 2 แนวคิดอยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับสภาพพึงประสงค์มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 3) จุดแข็งของการบริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนตามแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ผู้ปกครอง คือ การบริหารกิจการนักเรียน ส่วนจุดอ่อน คือ การบริหารวิชาการ และจุดแข็งของการบริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนตามแนวคิดความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ คือ การบริหารวิชาการ ส่วนจุดอ่อน คือ การบริหารกิจการนักเรียน โอกาสของการบริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนตามแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองและความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ คือ สภาพเศรษฐกิจ ด้านการบริหารกิจการนักเรียน คือ สภาวะสังคม และความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยี สำหรับภาวะคุกคามด้านการบริหารวิชาการ คือ สภาวะสังคม และความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยี ด้านการบริหารกิจการนักเรียน คือ สภาพเศรษฐกิจ และ 4) กลยุทธ์การบริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาเอกชนตามแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองและความต้องการของสถานประกอบการนั้น ประกอบไปด้วยกลยุทธ์หลัก 4 กลยุทธ์ คือ (1) พัฒนาการบริหารหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ (2) ปรับปรุงการบริหารการวัดและประเมินผลโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการสถานประกอบการ (3) ปรับปรุงการบริหารกิจกรรมนักเรียนโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการสถานประกอบการ (4) พัฒนาการแนะแนวอาชีพและจัดหางานโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของพ่อแม่ผู้ปกครอง และสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสถานประกอบการ และมีกลยุทธ์รอง 8 กลยุทธ์ และวิธีดำเนินงาน 24 วิธี

The research objectives were: 1) to study the conceptual framework of private vocational education institutions management, parental involvement and enterprises needs; 2) to study the current and desirable states of management for private vocational education institutions according to the concept of parental involvement; 3) to analyze their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats; 4) to improve these strategies. The research applied an Exploratory Sequential Mixed Method Design. The samples were 143 private vocational education institutions. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires and evaluation form. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that 1) The conceptual framework management for private vocational education institutions consisted of academic administration and student affairs, the conceptual framework for parental involvement consisted of involvement in home learning environment creation, school volunteering and involvement in school operation and the conceptual framework for enterprises needs consisted of technical skill, behavior skill and cognitive skill. 2) The current state of academic administration of management for private vocational education institutions according to the concept of parental involvement was at the moderate level meanwhile the enterprises needs concept was at the high level and the student affairs was at the high level in both aspects. The desirable states of all aspects were at the high level. 3) The strength of management for private vocational education institutions according to the concept of parental involvement was the student affairs, the weakness was the academic administration, and the strength of management for private vocational education institutions according to the concept of enterprises needs was the academic administration while the weakness was the student affairs. The opportunity of management for private vocational education institutions according to the concept of parental involvement and enterprises needs in academic administration aspect was economic circumstance meanwhile the student affairs aspect was social condition and technology development. The threat of academic administration aspect consisted of the social condition and technology development meanwhile the student affairs aspect was economic circumstance and 4) The strategies have four main strategies which were (1) Curriculum management development by parental involvement and consistent with enterprises needs (2) The revision of evaluation and assessment management by parental involvement and consistent with enterprises needs (3) The revision of student affairs by parental involvement and consistent with enterprises needs, and (4) Development of career guidance and job recruitment by parental involvement and consistent with enterprises needs. The strategies had eight sub-strategies, and twenty-four procedures
