Abstract
การศึกษาโครงการศึกษาอิสระในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มีคดี ก่อนและหลังการเยี่ยมบ้านโดยทีมสุขภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มีคดีจำนวน 20 คน ได้จากการคัดเลือกตามเกณฑ์ที่มีคุณสมบัติจากผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชน ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร นครปฐม นนทบุรี และสมุทรหราการ โดยผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างจะได้รับการดูแลด้วยการเยี่ยมบ้านโดยทีมสุขภพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ 1) แนวทางการเยี่ยมบ้าน โดยทีมสุขภาพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มีคดี และแผนการเยี่ยมบ้านของทีมสุขภาพ และ 2) แบบวัดการดูแลตนเอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไป โดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนคะแนน การดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วย ใช้การคำนวณหาค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของคะแนนเฉลี่ยการดูแลตนเองก่อนและหลังการดำเนินการโครงการโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที (Paired t-tests) โดยกำหนดค่าระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการศึกษา สรุปได้ดังนี้ ค่าคะแนนการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มีคดีโดยรวม หลังได้รับการเยี่ยมบ้านโดยทีมสุขภาพ สูงกว่าก่อนได้รับการเยี่ยมบ้านโดยทีมสุขภาพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับน้อยกว่า .05
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The objective of this independent study project was to evaluate the self care of forensic patients with schizophrenia before and after utilization of home visit by a health care team. The sample of 20 patients who met the inclusion criteria were drawn from forensic patients with schizophrenia residing in Bangkok, Nonthaburee, Smutpakan and Nakornpathom provinces. The study tools consisted of 1) home visit handbook and home visit plan for caring for forensic patients with schizophrenia in community and 2) the self care report instrument. The demographic data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation Paired t-tests was used for comparing self care scores before and after the utilization of home visit by the health care team. Major findings were as follows. The study found that self care scores after home visit by health care team were significantly higher than before at p = 0.05 level.
