Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการดำเนินการโครงการศึกษาอิสระ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะซึมเศร้าของผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีก่อน และหลังได้โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้า ได้จากการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติ จำนวน 20 คน จากผู้มารับการบริการที่แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลกระทุ่มแบน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ ประกอบด้วยกิจกรรม 4 ขั้นตอน คือ การสร้างสัมพันธภาพ การสร้างเสริมแหล่งพลังอำนาจ การสร้างพลังอำนาจและการปรับเปลี่ยนความคิด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการกำกับการศึกษา มี 2 ชุด คือ แบบประเมินแหล่งกำเนิด พลังอำนาจ และ แบบประเมินความคิดอัตโนมัติด้านลบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้าด้วยตนเองของเบค เครื่องมือทุกชุดผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ โดยเครื่องมือกำกับการศึกษาและเครื่องมือรวบรวมข้อมูล มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยใช้ส้มประสิทธิ์ของแอลฟา ตามวิธีการของ คอนบราค เท่ากับ 0.87, 0.82 และ 0.81 ตามลำดับ เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของคะแนนเฉลี่ยภาวะซึมเศร้าก่อน และ หลังการดำเนินการโครงการโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที (Dependent t - test) โดยกำหนดค่าระดับคุณนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการศึกษา พบว่า คะแนนของภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ มีค่าตํ่ากว่าก่อนการใช้โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (x̅ = 6.80 และ 20.50 ตามลำดับ, t = 13.383)

The purpose of this independent stydy project was to compare scores on depression of persons with HIV between before and after receiveing the empowerment program. The sample of 20 depressed persons with HIV who met the inclusion criteria were purposively recruited from out patient department, Krathumbane Hospital, Samutsakom Province. The instruments used in this study was the empowerment program, which composed of 4 steps activities including nurse - patien rerationship, building empowerment resources, building empowerment, and cognitive restructuring. Two monitoring questionnaires were Sources of power and Automatic Thought. Data were collected using Beck Depression Inventory. All instruments were validated for content validity by experts. The Chronbach's alpha coefficient reliability of the monitoring and data collecting questionnaires were .87, .82 and .81, respectively. Scores on depression were compared using paired dependent t - tests. The finding reveraled that scores on depression of persons with HIV were significant lower after receving the empowerment program than that before at p .05 (x̅= 6.80 and 20.50 respectively, t = 13.383).
