Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทสูงอายุ ก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการพยาบาลแบบองค์รวม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยจิตเภทอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป เข้ารับรักษาที่แผนกผู้ป่วยใน ของสถาบันจิตเวชศาสตร์สมเด็จเจ้าพระยา จำนวน 20 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ โปรแกรมการพยาบาลแบบองค์รวม ตรวจความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน ค่าความเที่ยงแบบประเมินความสามารถในการดูแลตนเอง ตรวจสอบโดย สัมประสทธิ์อัลฟาครอนบาค เท่ากับ .94 และแบบวัดความรู้ในการดูแลตนเองตรวจสอบค่าความเที่ยงโดยใช้สูตรของ คูเดอร์- ริชาร์ดสันได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .80 ข้อมูลได้รับการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยายและใช้สถิติทดสอบที ( paired t-test) ผลการศึกษาที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ คะแนนเฉลี่ยของความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทสูงอายุ หลังได้รับโปรแกรมการพยาบาลแบบองค์รวมมากกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมการพยาบาลแบบองค์รวม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The purpose of the study was to compare the self – care ability of older patients with schizophrenia before and after using holistic care program. Study samples were 20 patients with schizophrenia, aged 60 years and older at Somdet Chaopraya Institute of Psychiatry. The study tool was the holistic care program for schizophrenia paticnts, and validated by 3 experts. The reliability of the self – care ability scale using Cronbach’s Alpha coeffocent was .94 The reliability of the self-care knowledge questionnaire using Kudcr-Richardson Reliability was .80 Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired t-test. The major finding was as follows: The mean score of the self-care ability of older patients with schizophrenia after participating in the holistic care program, was significantly higher than those before attending the program, at the .05 level.
